We came from an archaic version of a desktop Help system to . Getting the new articles and/or article updates to the live website was (to be polite) horrendous and caused plenty of delays in getting crucial information available to our clients. And we were maintaining three separate Help sites/versions! With Document360 the delays are gone. We can have all three separate Help sites combined into one project. Updating an article for something simple like additional words or correcting punctuation used to take 24+ hours. That now takes minutes - quite literally minutes from request to fix to publishing the fix. Document360 is a rocket ship! The onboarding, migration, and support team are stellar!

Pros

Ease of getting up-to-date information to clients. Slick, modern design with print, PDF, and dark view options. Analytics - which we never had before. Multiple authors working in a single database.

Cons

Wish they had a US-based support team, but this is a minor issue because everyone I've worked with thus far has been fantastic.

### "Document 360 Review after 4 months"

Our overall experience has been generally good. We have seen some issues during these four months, but the customer experience has been excellent and thanks to that, some of the features that we asked for where added pretty fast.

Pros

First, I think that the amount of personalization that you are allowed it's very good and you can make the page feel like your own. Also, we have seen a very positive feedback for the knowledge base assistant which we implemented in our platform.

Cons

The only main issues that we had is to upload new documents from Word or google docs. Sometimes we had some problems with the format and in the end it was easier to paste the documents manually.

Document 360 has given us a tool that provides customers with a searchable, easy-to-use interface to quickly find answers to their questions.

Pros

The product is easy to use and produces searchable and easy-to-read content.

Cons

There are a few bugs when editing, but generally easy to get around them.

A fantastic platform with detailed user controls and excellent support!

Pros

The support from the Doc360 team is fantastic. Regular check-ins and fast response time are much appreciated. Delivery of feature requests is timely and well-received!

Cons

The only thing that would make this better is if it were a component of Google Workspace, as this is one of the few elements we pay for outside of that platform.

The reader levels were critical for our franchise system's internal knowledge base. The free trial and support from the Doc360 team have been incredibly valuable as well!

Overall we have loved Doc 360 and it has hit all the points we have needed to be successful.

Pros

It is very user friendly and has been a great resource to gather all our data into one place, share continued training with our team and help us stay up on updates and audits.

Cons

Would like a better way to view some audit trails and export versions in Doc360. Sometimes the editing workflows are not always easy to work and navigating and organizing articles versus categories versus folders in the administrator view can be a bit annoying.

We love the folder structure and the ability to customize the site so it looks like our own webpage. We can publish our product user guides and give access to our users. We love that it integrates with Zendesk.

Cons

Somtimes trying to add a user to a specific group fails and we have to repeat it.

Documentation is very easily accessible to the readers and colleagues who are working on the documentation can collaborate all the time, before making it public.

Pros

User friendly software with a very nice article’s display including Table of Contents and Related Articles. I am happy with the team/customer service, they offer support and react very fast to my suggestions and requests which can be very easily documented in their support system. I am impressed by the frequent/monthly releases that include many new features, enhancements, and improvements.

Cons

So far I have no cons, before I had one but this is already fixed/enabled (I was not able to write in categories, they were considered as folders. Now I have the option to select the type for the category and page allows me to write content).

Doc 360 is pivotal in the success of our Company, and keeps everyone up to date with constant changes in policies and procedures. I have had a wonderful experience as a user, and now as an admin

Pros

Doc360 is the easiest way for a new hire to take ownership and answer most of our common questions independently. It helps to track policy updates, and guides for the workplace in an easy-to-read manner.

Cons

The creation of articles using HTML coding has a bit of a learning curve, and it would be great if there were easier ways to create themes, fonts, and the overall view of an article in a simpler way.

Doc360 provides more editor features when compared to other modern-day doc tools. Easy-to-use which makes it more writer-friendly. A homepage builder with customization is an added benefit.

Pros

It is one of the best writer-friendly tools in the market. Doc360 gave us the platform to build our documentation from scratch. It comes with a lot of cool features and a home page builder with customization which makes the tool unique.

Cons

Nothing much about the tool. But when it comes to data migration, we may lose media files. If possible, doc360 can come up with an option to point data to our own servers.

My team loves this excellent knowledge base tool which is easy to deploy and use. It has a good HTML and Markdown editor, content table, search, easy to use CSS and customizable JavaScript. Their customer support team is always professional and amazing, quick to respond to any queries.

Cons

I wish supports bulk exporting documents from word.

Overall a great all-in-one option for companies looking for something customizable, that works well and is easy to use. Price is unbeatable and live support is top-notch.

Pros

The platform is very easy to implement and use. Their live support usually gets back to me within a few minutes with solutions which is really great and way faster than other providers like say, Intercom for example. They are constantly improving the product and adding new features (based on user feedback) so I always have new tools to experiment with. Lastly, the Intercom integration allows our users to search our documentation directly from our software which is extremely handy.

Cons

Over the two years, I've used the platform they have eliminated a lot of bugs and built strong foundations so I have no real complaints as it is now very functional and includes all that I need. The one thing that I'd like to see in the future is a tool that removes automatically all unused media files from the database. Right now this is doable but manually.

Positive, the support team are excellent. Easy to use and manage software.

Pros

\- Their support team are very responsive and so far have always been able to help solve any issues we've had - Doc 360 is fundamentally a straightforward, easy to use and navigate knowledge base tool. - Simple clear design features help save time setting up a website - Good analytics

Cons

\- The text editor isn't the most intuitive to use and lacks features compared to competitors in the market. I'm excited to see the new editor as it is very one track at the moment with not a lot of tools to help make your content stand out. For this reason as well it maybe doesn't offer the same value for money as other platforms out there.

It's been great dealing with the team. They helped us migrate our content and get started with using the product.

Pros

Their User interface is pretty Intuitive. Most people just know what to do where - without the need for training, etc. It also offers an easy to configure and minimalistic landing page.

Cons

No single sourcing and content reuse. Hopefully round the corner.

Reason for choosing Document360

The team was responsive. Support has been more or less very helpful. Showed us that most functionality was in the process of being added. Migration help was a big deal Needed both a publishing and authoring platform - that's where Paligo lost out. Lots of small thoughtful features that impressed us - like you can compare version history even in the code view. An integration with Zendesk where our support agents can quickly look at what help is available and send it out to customers. They also have a transparent development process where users can vote on features that matter to them.

Pros

It feels very intuitive. We first implemented an open-source solution that had a lot of great features but there were more than a few quirks that made it difficult to scale for the entire department to use. With , it just seems to work. Creating and editing content is easy. Building and rearranging the navigation is easy. And customer support has been very responsive. There seems to be good energy behind the product with a strong pipeline of new features. We evaluated several competing products and Document360 came out on top.

Cons

The cost grows considerably with larger teams. The enterprise package comes with 20 authors but after that pricing is per author and there is no distinction between active content creators and casual content creators. I would like my entire department to be able to create knowledge articles but I know that many, if not most, will do so infrequently and the $19/month per user is steep for what they're contributing. I would like to introduce to the entire organization but the cost would be prohibitive for the number of users we would like to allow to create content but would do so very infrequently.

Ease of use and ability to get moving very quickly!

Cons

Hard to always be able to map the new features to how we use the system. Also don't have a dedicated person to the solution. So there are a few champions internally pushing the initiative forward.

Pros

The team is always available to help with queries, and their continuous development pipeline makes sure that they're addressing real user needs. The tool is very flexible, but still easy to use as a writer and collaborator. From the end users' perspective, the system offers a clean, professional-looking manual that's nice to interact with.

Cons

is evolving rapidly so I'm sure they'll keep addressing any issues. One of the features that's been requested a lot is a built-in spell checker, which would be very useful. I find that the system settings are a bit scattered and not categorized in an intuitive way, but maybe that's because I don't use it that often. I also find the WYSIWYG editor to be a challenge, but it seems that this is being addressed with the new Block Editor.

Specialization in handling each article. User friendly. Supporting all the current features. Rich Editor. Supporting to import from word file. Great support in backup & restore options. Release note is good Excellent support from doc 360 team

Cons

Sometimes it's taking too long to load the page. Found difficulty scrolling on the categories without a mouse. User rights is missing (read only mode for public).

is an exceptional platform that utilizes the way teams manage documentation. As a user, I have found Document360 to be a great tool for organizing and sharing knowledge.

Cons

Although it's a great management system. There is still a room for development such as more functionality and able to customize features by using API.
