Excellent experience overall. I was able to hit the ground running and port our documentation to the platform very quickly.

Pros

Zero-effort setup with no need for any technical background. Highly functional, easy and convenient editing capabilities. Flexible, customizable portal. Very responsive and helpful customer support.

Cons

Initially, PDF export was not functioning well. After I opened a support ticket, the problem was resolved and now PDF export works great. Other than that, I couldn't find anything wrong with this product.

We have some challenges implementing the system in the company, but I think that overall it benefits the business with possibility to create internal knowledge base.

Pros

is usable on the admin level even when you don't have specific IT and programming knowledge. It is easy to create a structured system for the knowledge base.

Cons

There are some weird things happening when creating content in HTML mode, but they are happening rather rarely.

Pros

From a Knowledge Base / Knowledge Management perspective, has succeeded at meeting our needs in terms of structure, flow, integration, team collaboration, and user experience. The Customer Support is particularly impressive. Account managers and customer support executives are very helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to support our needs. Many times, what we thought are "difficult requests" were solved in less than 24 hours.

Cons

We do appreciate the regular deployment of new features. However, many essential features are still missing or need improvement especially when it comes to saving the formatting when importing Word documents, removing the default formatting of the editor (which sometimes can only be fixed in code view), implementing a "format painter" feature to allow us to easily copy formatting, etc.) These might sound like minor inconveniences but, in fact, they are very time-consuming to editors and can result in significant delays to project delivery.

What I like most about . 1- Embedding Tableau dashboards. 2- Document360 is an excellent source for text editing regarding writing the content of my team’s internal website. 3- Adding/managing the end users who have access to that internal website.

Cons

So far, nothing to complain about: everything is great.

We use the system to provide self-service information, and to reduce the load on the support team. It works.

Pros

The platform is intuitive and easy to use. It's a flexible system and has met almost all of our needs as a knowledge base system.

Cons

It's a powerful system, but it doesn't seem to be possible to create internal knowledge bases alongside client-facing knowledge bases. Otherwise it has met all needs.

My experience with has been excellent so far. My contact is very helpful and answers all my questions. If something goes wrong or I have feedback, I feel heard. My users love the platform and see the benefits.

Pros

I like the way it is possible to organize our documentation. It is easy to move and link articles together. The platform is beautiful, practical and clear. I really like the status indicator feature. It helps me to organize information and give indicators to our users. The translation feature is very useful too. The platform is easy to use and the adaptation time is fast.

Cons

The tables have some difficulties. However, I know that is working to improve this feature.

Really solid. I came in not knowing anything about the program but was easily able to navigate and start managing our knowledge base from the jump.

Pros

Love the support, they are responsive and proactive. I wish they had a live chat support but they are responsive via email.

Cons

Bug fixes take a few weeks to be released but I haven't encountered that many bugs

We needed a platform where we could keep user guides and release notes with easy access for our customers. Now, all necessary information is in one place.

Pros

is easy to use. Articles are easy to edit and publish. When any issues occur, you can raise a ticket, and one of the members will come back to you in a reasonable time. Release notes are easy to follow.

Cons

In the past, we had some issues, such as overwriting articles by different users, and the copy-paste function from other editors was breaking the layout, but the team solved all issues.

Overall I find it a far preferable option to reduce the tickets that shoulder the customer support. The best tool for creating a product Knowledge base and FAQ pages.

Pros

It gives you a central hub of information. Rather than searching and asking for support issues faced by employees through cluttered information, you encourage to find answer themselves. It can be used as both internal and external knowledge base. Top features for me in this tool is the powerful analytics that tells you what people have and what they are looking for, allowing you to plug the gap. This makes your knowledge base more reliable and usable. You can have user restriction access meaning complete control over who is able to access what. If you want to keep your information private.

Cons

The only issue I see is you can import content from WordPress and no word or CHM. Though these are nice to have options I personally prefer having it.

Overall, my experience with has been excellent. It has done a great job of providing our team with exactly what we were looking for.

Pros

The thing that I like most about this software is the constant improvements and upgrades. Feedback is always welcomed and then used to make the product better for everyone.

Cons

Sometimes when creating a document with a lot of images, the loading of the images can become slow. This is a minor delay though.

is a great software to help increase your knowledge and the great part is that it is very inexpensive. I would suggest everyone to at least try it once. The markdown editor feature proved to be of a great help to me in documentation and also the software Document 360 helped me solve basic issues such as lagging in back up ecetra.

Pros

I have been a user for a while now and I really like that it is accessible from any device. It helps in creating very rich content due to its knowledge base platform which comes with a great search engine.

Cons

There isn't any thing that I necessarily dislike about this software however it could be improved with thing like a 24/7 chat service to assist the users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Otherwise It's perfect.

Easy to use, quick to get up and running with instant results. They follow up regularly with calls that ensure that all updates and enhancements to the platform are understood.

Pros

Maintaining a knowledge base on this software is both intuitive and easy. The ability to quickly add and organise sections when your application is rapidly changing ensures that your customers are always looking at the correct data.

Cons

One con is that I think the MIS on page visits could be more advanced by I don't really expect that for the current cost.

Our employees can find the information necessary for their missions independently and clearly. We can provide all kinds of information, documents, links in a clear, readable and pleasant environment.

Pros

The use is very simple, the installation is done very quickly. Our entire team can use and update this tool without the need for specific computer knowledge. we can update the information quickly, and adapt day after day to our own evolution

Cons

We would like to have more modification options on the appearance, and even minimal follow-up on the most consulted pages and the number of visits. Solution that are not included in our choice
