Pros

This is an excellent knowledge base product. Simple markdown editing, nice content management functionality, intuitive editing and publishing. We looked at many different systems, but this one is really fit for purpose and highly scalable.

Cons

The SEO tag generator is not very useful. It's also not the cheapest product out there, but the value delivered is pretty high.

We are using for the customer documentation for our software product. It has been really easy to set up and maintain and the Document360 team is really pleasant to work with.

Pros

The product is intuitive to set up and manage. Creating and updating articles is really easy. The support / customer success team is eager to help and to build and deploy new functionality.

Cons

Since it's a relatively new product, it doesn't have the full maturity of a product that has existed for years. But it's quickly growing towards full maturity.

is a very easy-to-use platform with many features. One differentitator is that their support is very good. I constantly receive fast and detailed response for my questions.

Cons

Only negative part is the price, a bit more expensive than the competitors.

It's an easy-to-use solution, both for the end-users and for our company. With the statistics, we are able to quickly find articles that are not performing as expected, broken links, or articles that our users are looking for. The article editor is pretty simple to use, although not perfect, which means we don't take a long time editing and can publish information very quickly.

Pros

Easy to use. Apart from being a good solution for writing your documentation, the statistics are very helpful: Geography (visitors), Performance (views, reads), Search (popular and no results), and Link Status (redirect, broken) are what we use the most. The Support is great, they respond quickly and are very helpful!

Cons

Needs more personalization features out of the box. Theoretically, you can select from any font for your articles, but only a few are selectable from the UI and the rest need some engineering from their side.

offers a great standalone help center that integrates with most other tools. They're continually improving their offering.

Pros

I love the look and feel and the menu bar on the left. It's easy to read through the content and easy to navigate quickly to what you're looking for.

Cons

I would like to see more customisation and different layout options, for example, a better way to display popular articles and more control over the visuals.

Cons

Suggest for improvement include the user interface, search functionality, integration options, collaboration features, reporting and analytics capabilities, mobile app, and security features. Some of these areas may already be in development or have been addressed in recent updates.

We are using Doc360 for creating an internal knowledge base. Our company members with experience are taking time to put as many of our known processes and standards into the knowledge base as we can, so that as we grow we don't miss a step on future projects.

Pros

I like being able to build the software in exactly the way my company wants/needs it, whether simple or complex. While we use it in simple ways, I can easily see the ways it is helpful in complex ways as well.

Cons

Nothing wrong with the software, it just feels a little old school in some ways. The amount of settings is overwhelming sometimes, and difficult to sift through and understand in detail.

made knowledge sharing with team members and clients far more efficient. It is very easy and quick to update the knowledge base and add material to it. Also, they constantly develop new features and the account managers are proactive about checking in and making sure you have a smooth user experience.

Ease of Use and implementation - my team was able to get the hang of it almost intuitively.

I think the homepage builder could have more features for customisation, design and personalisation

Overall the publishing process is decent and the tool is user friendly.

Pros

Easy to use, yet the suite of publishing and admin tools is comprehensive.

Cons

The document review process with stakeholders could be aided by having a way to share a link to an unpublished document. Currently, there is no way for team members to see an article preview without also having an account, so we must resort to either publishing the document prematurely or generating a PDF, which is not ideal. Technical Support for specific issues can be hit and miss at times.

Pros

The articles display really nicely. The software is overall pretty easy to use. I like having the option to include a table of contents and links to related articles when I created an article. I like that the Document 360 team is very open to feature requests and suggestions on how to improve their product. They have a great support system as well.

Cons

I believe there are a few things that could be done to make the software a little more user-friendly. That being said, the team appears to be open to making changes that will improve that point, and one of my suggestions is already being given attention, so I'm very happy with the product and the team so far!

Pros

Features like tags, SEO, snippet and variable etc. all the features are very helpful. Article and content editing is very easy and cool. This feature in which we can add video, audio and any other file is really very helpful and enhances the whole eperience.

Cons

Session expiry which happens often is what i found to be a drawback of this application. And some other complications in content editing.

is helping us enormously with our lack of user guide pages and changelogs; it is super easy to maintain and update the articles. Today we have a wholly dedicated page for the changelog, which has given more confidence to our product.

Pros

makes building a guide website very flexible, and in a very facilitating experience, you can assemble different sessions and topics for articles and manuals. Fantastic customer service where the team is constantly pursuing suggestions and satisfaction.

Cons

I wouldn't consider it a big issue, but despite numerous features, there is a need to upgrade the subscription plan.

Pros

The main reason I switched to Document 360 was because the KBS used previously was complicated and also outdated in comparison to what is available in the market these days. After shopping around a bit, I decided to go with Document 360 because its team went the extra mile, with regular and prompt check ins and patiently answered all my concerns due to the previous KBS experience. The transition was trouble free thanks to the team.. I have used the product for 6 months and counting.

Cons

It costs a bit more in comparison to the other products in the market.

This has been an excellent product to author content from a non-IT person perspective. I have had my IT guys jump in and help for a few things and they have also found it very easy to utilize and customize.

Pros

The biggest time saver for me, is the ability for Document 360 to create articles and multi-step processes by simply uploading from a Word doc.

Cons

Some of the set-up was not intuative, but easily resolved by playing around and experimenting.

With Doc360 I dont have to care much about styling, spacing and formating. Every change I do is tracable and easy to check in the right panel.

Cons

I am little bit dissapointed about the way I have to "re-write" tables from microsoft office or excell. You cant just copy-paste a table.
