"One of the Best Apps for Rental Properties"

Overall: Overall it was a great experience. I really enjoyed being able to tour homes without a realtor being present, but still getting the help and customer service I needed to not feel alone in the rental process.

Pros: I love that you can search each property on the website and they let you know if it still available. I also love that when you are ready to tour, you can do everything virtually including getting an access code to enter the property on your own time instead of waiting to schedule an appointment with a realtor. Most of the properties had very detailed pictures. I like that you could change the view from list view to map view and even view the surrounding street.

Cons: Like most rental property apps there could be some improvements such as more uniformity in the way realtors or property owners list the property. It seems like the rules aren't the same. They should require the same amount of pictures to be show cased so users can get a better sense of what they are looking at as well as require updated photos. Some homes had outdated pictures which gave me the since they were trying to hide something even if it wasn't intentional.
