Overall, I've had a good experience using Google Analytics 360 . It has helped us better understand website performance, patient engagement, and referral trends. Once I became familiar with it, it was easy to use and provided valuable insights that support better decision-making for our clinic.

Pros

The reports are detailed, easy to customize, and provide useful insights for our physiotherapy clinic. It helps us understand how patients and visitors interact with our website, which pages are most useful, and where we may need to improve. The dashboards and charts make it easier to review performance quickly, and it integrates well with other Google tools.

Cons

It takes some time to learn, and the advanced features can feel overwhelming at first. For a busy clinic team, it may require a bit of training before everyone can use it confidently and get the most out of the data.

For the past year we have enjoyed the GA360 platform. It has given us a fresh perspective and insight into our customer's online behavior that we were missing before, thus helping us to tailor specific marketing campaigns on-the-fly as needed. It's sort of been a game-changer.

Pros

It is vital that I know not only my own, but our customer's website traffic in great detail, and GA 360 does deliver very well on that. We can get details that we just can't get easily any other way.

Cons

The cost and the very steep learning curve are top of the list for looking at other platforms, but if you need the details for your organization, you very well can benefit from what you get.

I do not find Google Analytics 360 easy to use, I find it confusing and clunky. You have to really dig to find the reports you are looking for and the user face is not intuitive.

Pros

The overall reporting is streamlined and there are less tabs to click through, making it easier to get a quick glance at a report.

Cons

This software has become harder and harder to find deeper analysis of your website's analytics. For example, it takes multiple clicks to make it to user attribution reports as well as finding which pages and screens a user viewed on your website. It takes a long time to do multiple deep analytical reports with the new Google 360 setup.

The depth of data is fantastic. We've found the attribution modelling and custom reporting features particularly useful for understanding campaign performance. It's pretty solid for seeing what's actually driving traffic and conversions.

Cons

Honestly, the sheer volume of options can be overwhelming at first. It took a bit to figure out some of the more advanced segmentation tools, and the interface isn't always the most intuitive. That said, it's not a huge deal once you get used to it.

Overall it's a solid step up from standard GA4 once you have the data volume and technical resources to justify it. The unsampled BigQuery pipeline is the killer feature — everything else is a nice-to-have on top of that. Worth it for larger orgs with a dedicated analytics/data team; overkill and expensive for smaller companies who'd be fine on free GA4.

Pros

The biggest value is unsampled data and native BigQuery integration — once you're past a few million sessions a month, free GA4 starts sampling reports, and 360 removes that ceiling entirely. The dedicated technical account manager and SLA-backed support are a real upgrade over community forums. Cross-channel attribution and the higher API quotas make it much easier to feed data into custom dashboards without hitting throttling. Integration with the rest of the Google Marketing Platform (Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360) is seamless if you're already in that ecosystem.

Cons

Cost is the obvious one — pricing is enterprise-tier and isn't transparent, you have to talk to sales, which immediately rules it out for small or mid-sized teams. The learning curve for BigQuery export is steep if your team doesn't already have SQL/data engineering skills; raw event-level data needs real processing before it's usable. Some legacy Universal Analytics 360 features didn't map 1:1 during the GA4 migration, which caused reporting gaps for teams transitioning. Customization in the standard UI still feels limited compared to building your own dashboards on top of the exported data.

I have been using analytics for some time now and have and have overall had a very positive experience with the software. It is constantly being improved upon and I would always recommend using analytics for anyone looking to get more reporting information on their websites

Pros

Google analytics is a great tool to use for anyone who is looking to get reporting information on their websites. There are so many different metrics that you can use to report on with Google analytics that you can get a wealth of information to work with. Having used analytics for some time now it is the go to tool for website reporting information and is incredible useful. Having analytics be free as well is great and not expected for such a useful tool.

Cons

It is a positive with how much metrics and tools there are to use but at the same time this can also be overwhelming. It does take a bit of time to learn about the different reporting analytics and know how to use everything effectively.
