Google Analytics 360 definitely stands out from other products of it's kind in the market because of many reasons which are good. Alot of information about it is available online through the freeskillshop courses that helps one understand implementation process, how it works and the entire interface which have been soo helpful in ensuring I have asuch an easy time using it. Other than it's powerful features have been useful to me especially on market feasibility study for our co founded business ( Bright LightEvents). Google Analytics gives us a platform to disect markets and customer events needs. We set up dahboards and shortcuts from where we can analyze audience behavior , new market trends, set up goals and track the performance of our campaigns from Google ads. Reporting is also made easy for us. Soo on overall it gives us an understanding of our audience across platforms with other Google entities for enhanced understanding

Pros

Google Analytics just provides so much information in one place, its difficult to argue against it. Aside from rankings there's very little GA doesn't provide that is needed for performance analysis.

Cons

Google analytics has a steep learning curve. With all the different data and functions available its very easy to get lost without some introductory help.

Additionally, specifying the time period for reports is somewhat inconvenient. Some reports can be challenging to comprehend, and there are occasional inaccuracies in the insights provided, such as attributing sessions to paid search when no corresponding campaign exists. But overall, i will continue to use.

Pros

It is a google product so it is easily connected to google email, google search console and google ads. The charts and maps are very useful. The acquisition insights are very useful. The user behaviour is very useful.

Cons

It is not easy to use. They don't provide enough training video for the product. You'll need to specify the time period for the report you want to view which is not convenient. The reports are sometimes difficult to understand. Occasionally, I've noticed inaccuracies in the insights provided by Google Analytics. For instance, a report might indicate that there were six sessions acquired from paid search, even though there hasn't been any ongoing or past campaign for this website.

Google Analytics is also a free tool provided by Google.

Cons

It is a web based too and while it's easy to reach with just an internet access it limits users access to customize it on their side, it is a package that is controlled by Google on their side, if you needed technical assistance you had to contact Google.

It's a 100% Free Google Tool and It's one of the Best Analytics tools in the Market. I can Use It to track my website performance and examine what the customer performed starting from navigating my website until purchasing my products. I can instantly see my website visitors in real-time and I can accurately track the traffic source very easily. I can check and see which social media platforms are delivering me more visitors/customers. I can see which product pages are performing very well on my website in the "Top Active Pages" section. I can see the Locations/Countries I'm receiving the visitors from. I can instantly check the Audience Interests, Demographics, Geo, Behavior...etc. I like the "Users by time of day" Section because I can see when I'm getting more traffic during the day and this helps me to launch my social media campaigns. I like also, the "Sessions by device " because I can check which devices (Mobile, PC) my customers are using to visit my website. I like it because I can observe everything going on my website and it really helps me to fix any potential problems and to try and create more products my visitors want. In addition, an extremely valuable tool to track my Google Shopping Ads performance by obtaining more insights. The new Interface is more "user friendly" with more features and It's making a lot of difference in my daily use. I use it also to track and follow my Redbubble Shop performance and to check which pages are getting me more visitors.

Cons

Every so often I don't get the exact Insights and sometimes I get them late. Sometimes when I use an AD Blocker, I get an error and I can't see anything. The Conversion option is a little bit complicated and If possible they can add some useful tutorials to assist us to understand and achieve the most outstanding results from it. They can include some colors in the Insights section too for a better-looking interface. They typically need to work on their integration with other websites like Shopify, Redbubble, Etsy, eBay, Amazon...etc. If possible they can instantly add more unique features to their Redbubble integration, so we can accurately track the direct sales too.

GA has a lot of features and is essential for our web tracking, it's also free. It has a lot of integration with other google products and doesn't add lag to our website. It captures some interesting metrics and event customisation is good.

Cons

It's so, so slow - a lot of the time it's barely usable. I get error messages 20% of the time. It doesn't allow you to do individual analysis very well.

There are some features that allow us to create custom dimensions. This is a great tool to start getting network traffic information, and its implementation doesn't require you to learn anything too complicated. Its templates and training videos get you ready to start exploring your data quickly. The fast response time of page views and the ability to observe your site in real time has helped me in many ways, from monitoring deployments on our site to sudden changes in user behavior due to changes in our purchase funnel. “There are a lot of customization options available for creating reports and segments. There are many standard metrics that are not easy to understand without contacting support, such as page views and sessions. If you're planning to invest in Google Analytics 360, consider buying the full Google 360 package to unlock the full potential of Google Analytics 360 for the price you pay. It's a little pricey. Some metrics are standard, such as sessions and page views. Sometimes you experience performance issues when trying out some customizations.

Our overall experience with Google Analytics is slightly above satisfactory. It has helped us initially to track user data both in terms of analysis and reporting. Basis which we have been able to optimise our performance marketing leading to lower customer acquisition cost, improve our funnels leading to improved conversion and further improving margins, device expansion and off brand marketing strategy basis it's demographic data reports.

Pros

Impactful features: - GA has a freemium pricing model wherein you get a lot of functionalities in the FREE version which is majority of smaller organisation or start ups, more than sufficient. It's a go to tool for all the new products and mostly the first analytics tool to be integrated in their product. - Wide array of system reports: GA makes it easy for its user to track and analyse their users by providing access to a lot of system reports like audience demographics, acquisition reports, behaviour reports like pages visited, bounce rate, time on site etc. These reports have been helping us to do primary analysis of the users and their behaviour on the website. - Easy initial integration with detailed one for event tracking: For getting primary user data points like what pages user visits, time spent, bounce rate, unmarked acquisition channels etc, GA provides a very easy integration which is to simply put the GA pixel or script on every page of the website. This can be done by both GTM or by manually placing it in the code. - Google ecosystem: GA is part of the Google ecosystem which makes it integration with other Google products seamless. The best use cases for us are creating and exporting audiences to Ad Manager and integrating Google Optimize (AB test tool we use) with GA for detailed insights on the AB test experiments.

Cons

Features to improve: - First and foremost is speed of data extraction which needs to be improved a lot. GA takes a lot of time to pull out data, even on system reports. Now this becomes really critical when we are analysing a data set or trying to troubleshoot a problem. This breaks the momentum and sometimes is frustrating. - Custom reports to be made easy: In custom reports we have to first create the structure of the report, save it and then only we can if the report fetches any data or not. This needs to be improved so that reports can be validated right there and then. - Lack of core implementation for publishing and lead-gen websites: The way GA provides e-commerce integration, it lags in providing an implementation for lead-gen websites as their use case, many-a-times, is more than a simple lead, but there are various types and qualities & qualification of leads.

Over the years we've used Google Analytics to identify problems with our set ups. We've used it to find optimal marketing strategies and campaigns based on data. We've even used it to help justify costs through reports and monitor the implementation of new spends across various projects. Analytics are now a major part of any new implementation, and the amount of data we get out of GA was never possible until now.

Pros

The ease of setting up all functionality and integrating with multiple solutions over the years is by far the biggest win of GA. We've set this up in solutions from retail web and apps, to gaming solutions on various platforms. Both plugin / library integrated and custom integrations. There's always a large amount of knowledge-base content around the internet for solving issues and finding solutions to problems. Managing multiple properties under one dashboard and giving access to others is also quite useful and flexible and works as one would hope.

Cons

Over the years they've added a significant amount of features and integrations with their other solutions as well as with other partner companies. The amount of features and content can sometimes be overwhelming and can be a bit daunting at first. Some features also aren't very well articulated in their initial setup so it takes a bit of research online to find the right way to do certain more advanced things.

Great, I enjoy Google products. I think Google has helped me out quite a bit since I bought GSuite.

Pros

I love the fact that it’s free, and super powerful. If you’re a Google analytics wizard, and actually know all the things it can do, then I don’t think there’s a software out there that can compare.

Cons

Super hard to learn and I don’t see any tutorial prompts they could install to help guide my clients and small business owners. Put yourself in the shoes of a Roofer or Plumber and yeah, they aren’t having it. Way too complicated, you should be able to select from beginner, intermediate or advanced. They could even offer certifications on each one.

Setting up the dashboards allowed us to experiment and learn what we needed to focus on. Once we built them and shared them with our team adoption was almost immediately. From the Lead in the kitchen to the lead on the front of the house floor everyone saw immediately what they needed to focus on. Fantastic!

Cons

That waited so long to implement it. As a small business, any investment in tools like this is a burden but this one has paid for itself through data-driven insights and decision making.

### "Google Analytics 360 Point of View"

Many features have sometimes allowed me to achieve my goals, especially when I'm not lazy, but basically Product Management Data, Data Connectors, funnel analysis have been more than useful to me at least 3 times

Pros

Google Analytics 360 is easy to use however if in the next updates the merger of Google Search Console and Analytics could be taken that would be good, why? Because on the one hand Google Search allows the analysis of the website and Analytics data concerning only visitors the only purpose of these 2 applications in the end is the site and the traffic it generates hence my proposal

Cons

Google Analytics 360 doesn't lack too many features adding even more wouldn't be productive aside from merging it with Google Search Console

Overall this is the best application is the best you can find for web-analysis. Our team have been using this tool to track the incoming traffic on our panel websites and this tool works like a charm. We get very good results and it help us grow our business. There are many widgets available which helps in better data analysis, we can import/export data without any hassle.

Pros

The tool is an open-source and is entirely free. It is very easy to setup and a proper documentation along with examples are provided. The rate of interaction can be tracked efficiently. We can see the number of users entering the websites and can track their overall clicks and what all pages they visited in our website. The rate of conversion can be tracked and it provides a detailed report of everything in various formats and visualizations.

Cons

This tool is best suited for web-based applications and the mobile-based application needs improvements. When setting up multiple accounts, its difficult to keep track and one can become confused. Apart from this there is no downside of this application.
