Pros This software is very robust. You can get analytics on all kinds of information about who visits your site. When they visit and how they got there. You even get information on how they use your site. Cons You get so much information it can be hard to understand what your looking at. It takes time to distinguish good and bad patterns in traffic. It can provide all kinds of insights but it manages to be easy enough to learn how to use without major headaches most of the time, thanks to decent help pages. Cons Some features (e.g. e-commerce tracking) are complicated and confusing to set up for those of us who are not coders. There are so many metrics, diagrams, etc. that it can be difficult to remember where to find some of them. Customer support can be frustrating, as is the case with most companies.
