I like it; I think it’s a comprehensive platform that truly encourages recognition. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Pros

I like that it offers shortcut options where you can customize direct links to different topics and help promote them. I also like the connection that is created among coworkers by allowing everyone to recognize each other.

Cons

What I liked least is that the GIF options are limited, and I think they should allow us, as administrators, to customize e-cards for recognition or upload our own images.

We engaged Inspirus two years ago to help us overhaul our recognition strategy, and the results have been transformative. Beyond just a platform, they have been a true partner in helping us understand how thoughtful recognition drives culture, connection, and engagement. To date, we’ve built out 5-6 distinct programs—including our 'Quarterly Culture Awards' which features a seamless nomination and experience-based reward process. The implementation was smooth, the communication is consistently excellent, and the ability to personalize every touchpoint to match our brand’s look and feel has been a game-changer. The team has enjoyed the redemption opportunities with gift cards and other awards. It is super easy to use and integrate into Slack and SSO. If you want to elevate your employee experience, I can't recommend them enough. 5 stars!

We have not experience any negative interactions or limitations at all over the course of our partnership.

Recognition is very easy to navigate to submit recognition. Participants receive recognition and are able to comment.

Pros

Easy to navigate and submit awards. All awards are one one drop down that helps the person awarding the points be able to submit recognitions quickly as they go from person to person.

Cons

Searching for names, does not always pull up correct person. Sometime the GIF is very limited and have to duplicate month over month GIFs

Pros

I like the ability to recognize someone with such ease and professional all the time! I also love the Inspirus team!

Cons

Nothing at all, I have nothing but the absolute best things to say about the company. The support team is amazing and the platform is extremely useful.

Very positive. It is a good program and the system is very user friendly and easy to use. I’m glad we have this program in place.

Pros

The new social recognition with others in company is great. Adding birthdays is nice with the ability to opt in. The awards program is a good baseline to ensure equitable recognition within the company.

Cons

Would be nice if a manager could opt out of some notifications. Some senior level leaders don’t want notification for every bday and anniversary.

Pros

I feel the platform makes you feel involved and appreciated. It is such a a great quality service for us.

Cons

I don't really have any thing negative to say so least favorite is a hard one. If I had to say something it would be not having product brands on the description.

This has been an easy program for us to administer. We have enjoyed doing business with a local company.
