Pros: It has all the same features as the old HFX software and more, but it's so much easier to use. I love that you can change a whole teams properties at once using the bulk edit function and the reports are so easy to set up and run.

Cons: It would be good if you could completely delete a user from the software rather than having to just put an end date and leave them on.

Overall: I've only had to contact them once with an issue and they got back to me with a solution very quickly.

Pros: Easy to setup, administer and reasonably costed too. It's also mobile compliant making it easier for users not coming in (or leaving the office) to easily login and out.

Cons: The management dashboard could do with being more mobile compliant, and the reporting could be updated too - but at least all the information is available.

Overall: We use flexitime and this software was the only option we could find that was cloud based. Support is very responsive, and they are also keen to hear our views on the ways in which the product could be improved.

Pros: Imperago is very easy to use from a staff and a managers perspective. It also allows my remote staff to gain the flexibility, that my office based staff have.

Cons: The terminal interface is not that responsive.

Overall: It was a mostly pain free transition.
