Support is very responsive, and they are also keen to hear our views on the ways in which the product could be improved. Pros Easy to setup, administer and reasonably costed too. It's also mobile compliant making it easier for users not coming in (or leaving the office) to easily login and out. Cons The management dashboard could do with being more mobile compliant, and the reporting could be updated too - but at least all the information is available. Pros It has all the same features as the old HFX software and more, but it's so much easier to use. I love that you can change a whole teams properties at once using the bulk edit function and the reports are so easy to set up and run. Cons It would be good if you could completely delete a user from the software rather than having to just put an end date and leave them on.
