Pros Facilité d’appropriation du logiciel, une offre large dans la possibilité de gestion des données, un support efficace. Cons La prise en compte des demandes d’évolution et de correction peut paraitre parfois frustrante. Et le manque de souplesse pour pouvoir s'adapter à certaines situations atypiques. Chaque module est minutieusement développé, le design, l'import, l'export, la randomisation, les analyses etc.... Pros Une prise en mains très rapide ce qui a permis la mise en ligne des études avec une deadline courte. Cons un produit haut de gamme avec des tarifs un peu élevés.
