Suivi de facturation L'intégration de la gestion du temps des personnes / facturation / suivi des affaires en un seul "outil" La gestion par phases des projets

Cons

La prise en main pour les fonctions plus avancées n'est pas des plus intuitives (planning, type de facturation, etc.) il manque des tutoriels pas à pas. L'application smartphone Ooti n'est pas complète, et nous est donc peu utile

En temps qu'utilisateur du côté archi, je n'y gagne rien, mais je peux comprendre les avantages au niveau de la gestion. Le logiciel est récent, j'espère que les prochaines mises à jour pourront aider à améliorer l'outil et laisser plus de liberté.

Pros

Plus pratique pour le traitement au niveau administratif qu'un fichier excel, plus visuel également L'interface reste assez claire

Cons

Logiciel trop limité, pas prévu pour du travail à la semaine, on est obligé de répartir par jour, quand certains ont besoin d'une approche plus globale et moins précise. Système de validation des heures pas pratique, on ne peut faire des modifications que avant validation, on ne peut pas dévalider pour modifier, obligé de supprimer puis remettre des heures si erreurs. Egalement, les fenêtres pour entrer les heures cachent ce qu'il y a en dessous, et donc on ne peut pas vérifier les heures en dessous pour être sûr qu'on ne dépasse pas les heures par jour par rapport aux infos déjà rentrées. Obligé de faire tout un par un (par projet, par jour) perd énormément de temps d'ouvrir chaque truc quand on a plusieurs projets par semaine. Je compare avec un tableau excel que l'on utilisait précédemment, avec les projets par ligne, et les heures rentrées au total par semaine, aucune prise de tête et on ne passe pas 20 min à remplir ses heures de la semaine. Bugs : quand on rentre un nouveau jeu d'heures, celles rentrées précédemment sont mises par défaut, c'est pas pratique.

Pros

tableau de bord relativement clair mais ergonomie très moyenne. les données TEMPS sont fastidieuses à rentrer.

Cons

ergonomie assez faible et devrait vraiment être améliorée pour que graphiquement les informations soient plus explicites. Il manque le temps par personne et par projet : il faut absolument cette donnée pour piloter les équipes.

Pros

La présentation des informations est visuellement clair et agréable. La navigation est intuitive ce qui permet d'apprendre la logique à suivre et ou trouver les informations. On peut faire des essais en étant guidé étape par étape et revenir en arrière en cas d'erreur. Il possible de poser des questions et obtenir de l'aide par mail ou Trouvez une réponse en tapant une question.

\- Améliorer utilisation via Safari, car beaucoup d'agences d'architectures utilisent des Mac et ont donc Safari comme navigateur privilégié - Ce serait bien de ne pas avoir à sans cesse rentrer les même types de tâches toutes les semaines, car on peut travailler plusieurs mois voir années sur un même projet - Clarifier et améliorer page d'accueil / tableau de bord - Rendre plus souples l'utilisation pour une plus grande variété de situation de travail (AFPR, stage, etc. - Pourrait être intéressant de voir les congés des personnes de l'équipe / agence dans le tableau de bord

\- Instinctif, simplicité d'utilisation - Design agréable de la plateforme

Cons

\- Utilisation via Safari qui mène souvent à des buggs - Page d'accueil / tableau de bord pas claire et statique (impossibilité de retirer les commentaires par exemple) - Impossibilité d'utilisation selon contrat de travail passé avec l'agence : pour ma part le fait d'être en AFPR ne m'a pas permis de rentrer les données au début, la secrétaire générale de l'agence a dû me mettre comme si j'étais en contre de travail alors que je ne l'étais pas encore

Au globale l'expérience est bonne. Apprendre à bien m'en servir m'as pris un peu de temps et un possible passage à une personne tiers ne semble pas si facile.

Pros

Le fait d'avoir une seule plateforme de gestion. Les échanges rapides avec les développeurs.

Cons

La difficulté à bien l'adapter à tous ces besoins. Pas encore trop de marge d'adaptabilité et personnalisation. Personnellement je vois un logiciel comme celui la partie intégrante de l'identité d'une boite. Pour cela il faudrait le rendre plus ouvert à personnalisation. Le calcul du temps passé pose souci - perso j'éliminerais le lourd passage de vérification des heures passés (gardons la confiance) et je trouverais un système plus simple pour automatiser l'insertion des heures - liaison avec ical google par exemple. Une piste importante à améliorer est bien la communication inter-logiciels, notamment avec les plateformes que toute agence utilise - .doc .xls. La dispersion des données sur d'autres plateformes reste une faiblesse. OOTI devrait être une plateforme de gestion agence complet et le plus globale possible.

Nous utilisons ce logiciel pour notre deuxième année et commençons a bien saisir le fonctionnement même si nous n'utilisons pas toutes les fonctionnalités. Ce logiciel nous aide à mieux chiffrer nos affaires et maîtriser notre temps

Pros

Vison de synthèse appréciée. Suivi financier facilité Comptabilité des heures et analyse croisée avec productivité efficace si les utilisateurs jouent le jeux Automatisation de certains tâches très utile ( coordonnées clients, entreprises...)

Cons

Difficulté de rédiger les textes dans les modèles de proposition. Possibilité de mise en page assez pauvre graphiquement, manque d'option. Manque un onglet contrat pour pouvoir automatiser leur rédaction suivant les projets. Rédaction des modèles de proposition trop complexe, pas assez intuitif. Quelques bugs très vite réglés grâce à la réactivité de l'équipe!

Reasons for choosing OOTI

Parce que c'est une application française. Cela correspondait à nos besoins. L'ergonomie demande un peu de pratique mais reste simple. Les graphiques sont parlant Les mise à jours régulières. L'équipe de développeur est à l'écoute et très réactive en cas de problème.

A terme : vision globale plus immédiate de la situation financière et meilleure définition d'indicateurs de prod/rentabilité.

Pros

Suivi de la facturation. En revanche difficulté à la mise en place et à l'expérimentation étant donné que le système n'est optimal que dès lors que toutes les étapes sont validées en amont (phases renseignées, honoraires, avancement, production...) = beaucoup d'actions pour remplacer le système existant certes pas idéal mais plus rapide d'utilisation pour l'instant.

Cons

Indiqué ci-dessus : le point fort du système "global" est aussi son point faible dans sa mise en place en remplacement de diverses solutions pré-existantes.
