I really do like it, it's less complicated and more straighforward compared to the other scheduling tools out there. They are constantly rolling out new updates and trying to adapt. I think everyone when it comes to scheduling content has a preference so for me it's just the small things like the approval system, labels, grid views,

Affordable for an in-house small marketing team + Simple pricing for each social media account. Like the simple interface of the calendar view and drag and drop features. Quick customer support chat whenever there's an issue during working hours.

Cons

It's not 100% tailored to in-house marketing teams for example, I am a SMM but I also have a manager that approves posts. I cannot have the same roles as him because then he wouldnt be able to approve my posts so I can't delete duplicate posts or change the date of a post that was already approved without it having to go through my manager again. Would like to be able to generate content analytics by label type (ie. we use labels to distinguish content pillars and I can't find reports just by label types for ALL social platforms not just one type of platform.) No grid view on Instagram/Tiktok.

I've used another social media management platform before, and I think Publer's pricing is fair. I especially like that you're not limited to a set number of accounts, you pay per account, which makes it flexible as the business grows.

Nothing major so far. I'm still learning my way around the platform. Maybe i'd like it if in the basic package would also include some metrics.

Pros

Very easy to bulk upload, bulk schedule content. The analytics is insightful and allows to easily compare to competitors and look at stats without having to log in to each social. Social media management made easy!

Cons

Like everything about it so far. However, if we could bulk schedule reels as trial reels on Instagram without having to manually click on each reel to select would be a great feature addition. If we could bulk caption reels would also be great and is actually a much needed feature.

Funciona muy bien y hay muy pocos fallos en publicaciones, somos empresa por lo que es prioritario que todo funcione correctamente siempre.

Pros

Publer es muy buena conectando redes sociales, lo hace sencillo e intuitivo. Me gusta porque puedes publicar varias cuentas, miembros y plataformas a la vez.

Cons

Hay formatos que aún no están disponibles en instagram y seria importante ya que, ayudan a la visibilidad de nuestros clientes. Como por ejemplo carruseles de video en instagram.

My overall experience with Publer has been very positive. I use it to organize and schedule recurring content, and it has made my social media workflow much more efficient. It is reliable, easy to learn, and especially helpful when preparing several posts in advance. Publer allows me to focus more on creating meaningful content instead of spending time publishing manually every day. With continued improvements and more flexible pricing, it would be an even stronger tool for independent content creators.

Pros

Social Media Management and Post Creation is a breeze with Publer. It keeps me organized and on task.

Cons

Doesn't support X, without an extra fee. Would love to use X more often for npo posts. Would do so more often if included in Publer.

10/10 experience with Publer.They have been a godsend for me. It makes managing my business as well as my moms streams so easy.

Pros

I LOVE the whole website. it makes posting, managing, and scheduling for all your social accounts so easy. There are a ton of features that are just straight quality of life features. I have never had an issue with security. You also get a great bang for your buck. I would honestly pay more for it. Customer support will always help if you have an issue as well.

Cons

The only issue I've had is the website was down once. Honestly they got it fixed super quick and I haven't had any other issues.

Good, it was easy to set up and then to connect accounts, I was able to connect and schedule posts within 5 mins

Pros

Post Scheduling across all social media platforms, It removes the need for double handling but also allows for me to view all the metrics across all platforms

Cons

Nothing as of yet, I only have used the media scheduler yet which is all i need it for at this time.
