“The bulk uploader is extremely unstable with video files. When I try to drag and drop a large batch of Reels (e.g., 50-90 files for a month of content), it constantly crashes or gives vague "Whoops, something went wrong" errors.“

### "Easy-to-use and just what we need"

May 5, 2026

5.0

Pros

Publer is exactly what I need without being over-complicated and is always adding features to help the users. I know that when I take PTO, Publer is easy enough to navigate and use that my team can pick right up where I left off. Scheduling, ideation, and analytics sections offer a great user experience.

Cons

I don't think there is anything I like least. Publer is truly a hidden gem in the social arena and I think more people should be using it.

### "Nice and Easy"

April 10, 2026

5.0

From my perspective, using Publer feels like finally getting a handle on a chaotic digital ecosystem. The visual calendar is a game-changer, allowing you to see your entire month’s content strategy at a single glance. You’ll likely appreciate how the Canva integration lets you design and attach graphics without ever leaving the tab, keeping your workflow tight and focused. The "Link in Bio" feature acts as a personal landing page, turning your social traffic into actual results. While you might occasionally hit a snag with platform-specific API limits, the overall feeling is one of clarity and control.

Pros

Publer is a powerhouse for social media management because it combines simplicity with advanced automation. It supports almost every major platform, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, allowing you to bulk schedule up to 500 posts at once. Its standout features—like automatic watermarking, post recycling, and a built-in design integration with Canva—save creators hours of manual work. Unlike many competitors, Publer offers a generous free tier and affordable paid plans, making it perfect for small businesses. With its intuitive visual calendar and AI-assisted caption generation, it turns a chaotic posting schedule into a streamlined, professional strategy

Cons

While Publer is a robust tool, it does have some notable drawbacks. One primary issue is the occasional API limitation, which can lead to failed posts or restricted features on platforms like Instagram and TikTok due to their strict third-party rules. Some users find the mobile app less intuitive than the desktop version, making on-the-go management slightly clunky. Additionally, the analytics suite, while functional, lacks the granular depth found in higher-end competitors like Sprout Social. Lastly, the learning curve for advanced automation features, such as "Recycling" or "Shortcuts," can be steep for beginners looking for a simple "set and forget" solution.

### "Fantastic service!"

March 29, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with the service has been fantastic. It has consistently delivered on its promises, providing a smooth and efficient way to manage and schedule social media content without unnecessary complications. From the moment I started using it, the platform has felt intuitive and dependable, making it easy to integrate into my regular workflow. What stands out most is how effortlessly everything works together. Scheduling posts, organizing content, and maintaining a consistent posting cadence all feel streamlined and stress-free. Instead of worrying about whether posts will go out correctly or on time, I can focus entirely on creating quality content and refining my overall strategy. The reliability, combined with a user-friendly experience, makes it a tool I can confidently depend on. It has saved me time, reduced manual effort, and helped maintain consistency across my social media presence. Overall, it has exceeded expectations and proven to be an essential part of managing content effectively.

Pros

One of the most important aspects of any social media scheduling service is reliability, and this platform delivers exceptionally well in that regard. From my experience, it has consistently performed exactly as expected, with every scheduled post going live on time and without any issues. I have not encountered a single failed post, which speaks volumes about the stability and dependability of the system. This level of consistency is crucial, especially for individuals and businesses that rely on precise timing to maximize engagement and reach their audience effectively. Whether it is posting during peak hours, coordinating campaigns across multiple platforms, or maintaining a steady content calendar, knowing that the tool will execute without errors provides real peace of mind. It also eliminates the need for constant monitoring or double-checking, allowing users to focus more on content creation and strategy rather than worrying about technical failures. Overall, the seamless performance and track record of zero failed posts make this service a trustworthy and efficient solution for managing social media presence.

Cons

While the service performs reliably, one area where it could significantly improve is in expanding its integrations with other platforms and tools. Currently, it covers the essentials well, but in today’s fast-paced digital environment, users often rely on a broader ecosystem of apps to manage their workflows efficiently. Adding more integrations would make the platform far more versatile and appealing to power users, agencies, and content creators who operate across multiple channels. For example, incorporating integrations similar to UpScrolled would be a strong step forward. Tools like this often connect seamlessly with emerging platforms, niche communities, or specialized content pipelines that are not always supported by mainstream schedulers. By expanding in this direction, the service could help users centralize their entire posting strategy rather than juggling multiple tools. More integrations also mean better automation opportunities. Users could link their content sources, analytics tools, or even CRM systems directly into the scheduler, creating a smoother, more efficient workflow from content creation to publishing and performance tracking. Ultimately, enhancing integration capabilities would not only improve convenience but also position the service as a more comprehensive, all-in-one solution for modern social media management.

I tried many social media managing platforms in the past, all had different problems, reliability issues or simply didn't work as planned. Publer is almost perfect and does everything I want.

Pros

Publer simplifies my social media campaigns effortlessly, making it extremely easy to manage all accounts.

Cons

### "Top Notch Service"

5.0

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s made things so much easier, smoother. It’s made things so much more simpler not having to create a dozen api’s linking a dozen accounts and tracking a dozen different account posts on different platforms.

Pros

Being to sync multiple social media accounts to one platform and then being able to create and schedule your posts all at once and be able to monitor all of it in one spot

Cons

Not being able to make AI videos directly in publer that you can post directly from publer to your accounts

### "Publer is my go to social media management software"

April 9, 2026

5.0

All in all it's doing it's job as a social media management tool very well. It saves me a ton of time by making scheduling posts a breeze.

Pros

I really like being able to use the collaboration feature of Instagram. This is kinda unique. Also posting to Telegram is very niche. Uploading videos and images is very easy and works well.

Cons

The media folder UI could use some polishing. I don't like how folders and media are shown there when switching to list view it only affects media not the folders.

### "Solid Basics"

May 11, 2026

5.0

Publer is a solid option if you need a straightforward scheduling tool. It covers the essentials. It works well enough day-to-day. Worth trying.

Pros

Publer gets the basics right when it comes to post scheduling. The calendar view is intuitive, and being able to queue content across multiple platforms from one place saves real time. The interface is clean and relatively easy to pick up without much of a learning curve.

Cons

The pricing feels steep for what you actually get. Compared to other tools in the same space, some features that should be standard are locked behind higher-tier plans.

This is the most intuitive scheduling software I've used. It's fast, user-friendly, and helps me not to lose my marbles managing multiple clients' social accounts.

Pros

I love the ability to schedule posts for multiple accounts at the same time. Saves me so much time. I like the fact you can look at the analytics - they get updated frequently, so I always have fresh data

Cons

### "Effortless Social Scheduling with Smart Recycling"

September 15, 2025

5.0

Publer has been a game-changer for managing my social channels. Its automation, first approach, especially the content recycling, lets me keep profiles active and engaging without daily effort. The platform is efficient, reliable, and perfect for small businesses that need to maximize the value of existing content. My account is secure so I am comfortable my content is safe along with the content calendar, I am thrilled. With a few tweaks to organization and onboarding, it could be absolutely indispensable.

Pros

Content recycling. Publer’s recycling feature breathes new life into evergreen posts by automatically resharing top-performing content. For small brands that can’t create fresh content every day, recycling keeps channels active, boosts reach, and maximizes value from existing posts with almost no extra effort. I also appreciate the many integrations like Google Drive, Dropbox including being able to create posts on the fly with Canva. Oh I also appreciate the content suggestions to keep content engaging. This is a huge value for the investment.

Cons

Bulk upload: No folder support for bulk uploads or drip publishing from Google Drive or any other source: I can't create folders to organize files in Google Drive for separate bulk uploads or drip campaigns, which makes managing large libraries and targeted campaigns more cumbersome than it needs to be.

### "Excellent time saver - recommended"

September 12, 2025

5.0

Pros

The option to draw on all previous content (pre Publer as ewll as since joining) is superb. I can regularly schedule posts for months and years in advance which has saved hours. I no longer write a separate social media plan as the calendar makes it really visual. I like that I'm able to upload media to the app on my phone or on the webiste from my computer and then use them repeatedly. I also love being able to write the comments along with the post - that's been a huge win. I am not very techy by nature and found this very intuitive and simple. I also like that the primary focus is Facebook and not Instagram, which works well for my business (it does both fine). Good value for money too.

Cons

I find the calendar a little clunky to view, although I'm not sure how I would suggest it could look. The auto schedule option is almost excellent but fails to be usable because it means posting the same type of content at the same time each week. It would be much better if it could be every x posts or at least the same time each month, for example. To explain, I like to post an affiliate product every 10 days or so, and that would be perfect for this as I could get them queued up and then just choose the gaps as 'aff slots', but I'm not able to do that.

### "A Big Fan of Publer's Features"

September 22, 2025

4.0

I'd highly recommend Publer for those looking for a solid, feature-rich social media tool that doesn't break the bank. This tool feels like it competes well with enterprise social media software, but is much more approachable for solo operators and small businesses.

Pros

Publer is easy to set up and offers features not found in many mainstream competitors, including the ability to craft posts and schedule them in the software, import RSS feeds to autopost new stories or maintain a bank of stories to pull from, and recycle or reuse posts either one-time or on an automated schedule. It's allowed me to have a much more robust social presence than I had before.

Cons

The interface isn't the cleanest or easiest to get used to, though with time it does become less difficult to understand. Also, the billing coming from a third-party is a bit confusing.

### "Reliable scheduling tool with strong value"

September 6, 2025

5.0

Our team manages content for both business and personal branding, and Publer has been a reliable backbone for scheduling and publishing. It removes the need for multiple tools, keeps posts consistent, and gives us the automation we need to stay competitive. Even with the free plan’s limitations, the overall value for money is strong.

Pros

The autoschedule feature is the biggest advantage. It lets us queue posts across multiple social media accounts in advance and saves our team a lot of time. The interface is clear, and the bulk scheduling makes campaign planning simple.

Cons

The free plan limit of 10 posts feels restrictive when testing. That said, the paid upgrade is still reasonably priced and worth it once you need to scale.

### "The Search is Over. Publer is the All-in-One SMM Platform That Actually Works"

September 28, 2025

5.0

It Just Works: After so many frustrating experiences, the biggest pro is that Publer is reliable, intuitive, and does exactly what it promises to do. Highly recommended.

Pros

All in one place, no need to leave the app. It has seamlAs a solo founder building my brand, Narrated.life, my most valuable asset is my time. I needed a tool that enabled a "smart working" approach to social media, and Publer delivers in a big way. The direct Canva integration is seamless and saves a huge amount of time. The ability to write a post once and then easily customize it for every platform (like adding a single topic for Threads or putting the link in the first comment for LinkedIn) is a game-changer for content quality and efficiency.

Cons

Publer is at the higher end of the market, which can be a significant investment for a solo founder or small business. For me, the time and frustration it saves provides excellent value, but the upfront cost is a real consideration compared to simpler tools.

### "Great service!"

August 23, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Publer has been excellent. I genuinely love using it because it makes managing content so much simpler and far less time consuming. The scheduling feature in particular saves me hours every single week, allowing me to plan posts in advance and focus more on creativity rather than constantly worrying about timings. It has made handling multiple accounts smooth and stress free, which is something I really value. The platform feels reliable, easy to navigate, and well designed, so I never feel lost or overwhelmed. Overall, Publer has become an essential tool in my routine.

Pros

What I liked most about Publer is definitely the scheduling feature. It makes managing content across different platforms so much easier and less stressful. Instead of having to remember to post manually at specific times, I can plan everything out in advance and know that my posts will go out exactly when I want them to. This is especially useful when working with multiple accounts or trying to maintain a consistent posting schedule, since it saves time and ensures nothing gets missed. The flexibility it gives me means I can focus on creating quality content rather than worrying about timing.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike about Publer. I’ve found the platform to be smooth, reliable, and very user-friendly. Every feature I’ve tried so far has worked exactly as expected, and the scheduling tools in particular have been excellent. Even when managing multiple accounts and planning posts well in advance, I’ve not run into any problems or frustrations. The interface feels clean and intuitive, and I have yet to notice any major gaps or missing functions that would hold me back. In short, there really isn’t anything I would consider a negative when it comes to using Publer.

### "Clean, reliable, and great value for everyday social media management"

5.0

My overall experience with Publer has been very positive. It’s a reliable, well-designed tool that fits naturally into everyday social media workflows. It feels built for real users, not just for feature checklists, which makes it enjoyable to work with over time.

Pros

What I like most is the clean and focused user experience. Scheduling posts across multiple platforms is straightforward, previews are clear, and adapting content per channel is simple. It saves time without trying to overwhelm you with features you don’t actually need.

Cons

Advanced analytics and reporting could be more detailed. For deeper performance insights, you may still need external tools. Also, client approval workflows could be expanded further.

### "AI-Powered Viral Content Predictor"

August 22, 2025

5.0

Data-driven social media — not just scheduling, but optimizing. Helps non-expert users create high-performing content. Gives actionable tips like “Use a trending hashtag,” “Try adding a question,” or “Reframe your CTA.” Integrates with Publer's scheduling tools so you can test multiple post versions and automatically schedule the best one based on engagement forecast.

Pros

Can Integrate it with trending sounds (for Reels), hashtags, or meme formats — especially useful for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and X.

Cons

"Limited content intelligence and engagement optimization." While Publer is fantastic for scheduling and organizing posts, it doesn’t yet help optimize content for performance beyond timing. There’s no AI insight on what content performs best, which hashtags are trending, or how a post might be improved before publishing. This creates a gap — users still have to leave Publer to use other tools for analytics, hashtag research, or content feedback.

### "Efficient and reliable social media management tool"

August 23, 2025

5.0

Overall, Publer has been an excellent investment. From a value-for-money perspective, it delivers a lot compared to other tools I’ve tried. The design is clean and customizable, and uploading videos and images is straightforward. Managing multiple accounts is simple, and payment/subscription options are flexible enough to fit different needs. While there’s still room for improvement in bulk rescheduling, I’d still recommend Publer to anyone serious about social media management.

Pros

What I really like about Publer is how easy it is to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. It makes scheduling, organizing, and publishing content much more efficient. The platform also feels intuitive, so the learning curve was minimal for me. I also appreciate the security features and how stable the platform is—I’ve never had issues with privacy or data safety.

Cons

What I find a bit challenging is rescheduling a large number of posts when I add a new account. It would be great if the process of reprogramming around 100 posts could be simplified to make it more efficient.

### "My review of publer"

December 11, 2025

5.0

Great. I’ve been back and forth several times in Publer, but here to stay this time. I’d like to get away from pmp, but you both have capabilities others don’t

Pros

The use of the csv post uploader. It shortens my time spent prepping my content. Which leaves me time to work on other things

Cons

Lack of ability to upload to profile or groups. It would be great to have the ability to schedule and go. It’d also be nice to be able to send posts directly into fb scheduler.
