### "A flexible scheduler with an API good enough to build on"

August 14, 2026

5.0

I've used Publer daily for client and in-house social work and it has become infrastructure rather than just another scheduling tool. It is flexible, sensibly priced for what you get, and - unusually for this category - properly programmable. Strongly recommended for professionals and agencies, especially anyone who wants to automate rather than click.

Pros

Genuine flexibility and an API you can actually build on. Multiple workspaces, granular account handling, recycling and bulk scheduling all behave sanely, and the pricing scales with the accounts I really use instead of pushing me into an oversized tier. The API is the standout: clean documentation, predictable endpoints, and a support team that engages with technical questions properly. I connect it to Claude Code and automate drafting, scheduling and queue maintenance end to end, which no other tool at this price point let me do cleanly.

Cons

The feature set is broad, so the first hour is a bit of exploring before you find everything, and a few advanced scheduling options sit deeper in the UI than they need to. I would also like more end-to-end examples in the API docs for fully automated workflows. Nothing here has cost me anything meaningful in daily use.

Alternatives considered

[Buffer](https://www.capterra.com/p/143492/Buffer/)

Reason for choosing Publer

The API decided it. Publer's is well documented, predictable and open enough to build on, and their technical support engages properly with developer questions. That let me wire publishing into Claude Code and automate drafting, scheduling and queue management end to end. The pricing is also fairer at my scale.

Switched from

[Buffer](https://www.capterra.com/p/143492/Buffer/)

Cost and control. Publer's pricing scales with the accounts I actually use, and its API gave me something Buffer never did - a clean, well documented way to drive publishing programmatically from Claude Code. The platform is also more flexible across workspaces and channels.

### "Ive been using Publer for a while.... and LOVE IT!! "

July 25, 2026

5.0

Overall it's been great, the platform itself is easy to use, I love the "ideas" section and the customer service is on point! The price platform is awesome because it adjusts with you as you grow (or slow down) and I feel like it works really well and a lot better than most of the other companies out there.

Pros

I love everything about it, ive tried a handful of other scheduling platforms and I found Publer and fell involve with it, the flow is great, easy to stay organized, excellent customer service and lots of great functions. It's always evolving and staying up to date with other social media platforms. Overall super happy with Publer.

Cons

Really not much.. It just took a couple days to really learn all the functions and get used to how the calendar works but after that was smooth sailing. Note, I manage over 25+ social media accounts which creates its own challenges to start with a new scheduling platform but just a little bit of time I was zipping through everything.

Alternatives considered

[HeyOrca](https://www.capterra.com/p/170010/HeyOrca/)[Hootsuite](https://www.capterra.com/p/121701/HootSuite/)

Reason for choosing Publer

We did a handful of trials with a lot of other other companies out there and at the end of the day, I kept coming back to publer. Hootsuite has a lot to offer but it was to much for me and the pricing was pretty high. I forget about HeyOrcha and the others now, but all fell short with either pricing being to high, not offering connecting with specific social media accounts or simple just not offering functions that I needed with managing multiple businesses social media accounts. Publer hot all the key points I needed, price, functionality, huge various of platforms, customer service, ect.

Switched from

[Loomly](https://www.capterra.com/p/166498/Loomly/)

Loomly was starting to have some errors that were not being fixed, the customer service switched to a AI/ChatBot and I could never get ahold of anyone to help me with issues and they removed any way to email and just refer to a Q&A/Forum, and that was not a good way to keep business. The pricing also went up quite a bit which all those problems combines had be start to look for a different company to work with.

It has been Good other than pricing Easy to set up, so that is great. could be a but more user friendly for none computer people.

Pros

The ease of posting to multiple sites is great. and it posts to many sites at once. just a bit pricey for what it does.

Cons

The cost. pricy for just being a gateway. for what it does, is just push data, it should be much cheaper.

### "Powerful social media scheduling at a sensible price"

August 6, 2026

5.0

Our experience with Publer has been very positive so far. It has made planning and scheduling content across multiple social media accounts much easier and less time-consuming. The platform feels well suited to teams that need reliable scheduling, clear content organisation and useful management tools without paying the very high prices charged by some alternatives. It has given us the functionality we need at a sensible cost, and I have been impressed with the platform overall.

Pros

Publer provides the scheduling and social media management features we need at a much more affordable price than many competing platforms. It is straightforward to schedule content across multiple accounts, plan posts well in advance and keep everything organised from one dashboard. For a team managing several social channels, it offers excellent value for money without sacrificing the core functionality we rely on.

Cons

No reasons not to like it at the momentThere is a slight learning curve when first setting up multiple accounts and understanding where some of the tools are located. I would also welcome even more detailed cross-platform reporting and a simpler way to compare performance between accounts. These are relatively minor points, though, and have not significantly affected our overall experience.

Reason for choosing Publer

Hubspot, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Social Champ. Publer offered the best balance of functionality, usability and cost. It provided the scheduling, multi-account management and content-planning tools we needed without the significantly higher pricing of platforms such as Hootsuite, HubSpot and Brandwatch. Compared with Social Champ, Publer felt like the stronger overall fit for managing our range of social accounts, planning content several months ahead and giving multiple users access.

### "easy to setup, happy so far"

August 29, 2026

its nice. it works so good that i have not needed support since ive started (5 months ago) while with my previous platform I needed them to sort out an issue at least once a month .

Pros

i liked that is was easy to setup and my clients did not notice i switched to another platform for managing their socials.

Cons

that the analytics where minimal with the cheapest plan. so that would be something id like to have, but im not willing to upscale a whole step.

### "Hands down the best social media scheduling app"

July 22, 2026

5.0

I dropped in for a trial and hit the bulk post upload first, video upload second, followed by brand management and RSS feeds. Super impressed from day one.

Pros

Publer beats out other social media schedulers with their intuitive dashboard, super fast video upload, bulk upload post creation and brand management.

Cons

While there is a lot of documentation on using different components of the app, some of the text based help and guides need updates or more detail.

### "Great find for a small solo business"

August 18, 2026

5.0

Glad I stumbled across Publer - real game changer for solo social media management for a small business.

Pros

So much less effort than how I was previously doing it and easy to navigate between phone and desktop (especially for photo upload) meaning I can create posts easier and keep track of ideas without them needing to make them into fully formed posts. Will make huge payback of time later!

Cons

I'm still just getting to grips with easy location sharing, and posting in groups is harder - but these are minor compared to the pros

### "A great Software, but hire me for design please."

August 31, 2026

4.0

Great. The collaboration with my social media team is flawless, and I'm happy to receive my weekly report.

Pros

Reports and easiness to use. The calendar is great. Having all medias in the same place is a great point too. It allow me to create upload every rushes, whether i'll use them or not, and create post easily. But to repeat myself : Reports are nice. Price is fair.

Cons

Maybe that's because it's my job, but the design is a bit... tasteless. I was used to use metricool, which is less good in term of features, but the design was more motivating, more vibrating. Despite price is fair, I question myself about the per-network pricing.

### "Publer is a must have if you want a solid digital presence"

July 17, 2026

5.0

No complaints at all. Everything just works the way it should. A really exceptional experience from start to finish. Recommend!

Pros

Ease of use is the standout. The interface is clean and intuitive, and it does absolutely everything I need it to do without any fuss.

Cons

### "Great and affordable for small business owners"

June 23, 2025

4.0

I've been using Publer for a while now to help manage and schedule my social media content, and it's honestly become one of my go-to tools. It’s straightforward to use—even if you're not particularly tech-savvy—and scheduling or shifting content around feels effortless, which saves me so much time each week. I'm especially impressed with how easy it is to bulk upload content; I can plan out an entire week of posts at once, and it's a total lifesaver.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that it covers all the platforms I use regularly—Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, and Google Business—so everything stays neatly in one place. Another bonus is the content recycling feature, meaning my evergreen posts automatically get reshared without any extra effort, keeping my engagement consistent. Plus, Publer's analytics give me a quick glance at how my posts perform, which helps me make better decisions on future content.
The overall value and ease-of-use make Publer a fantastic choice, especially if you're a small business owner like me. It's affordable, reliable, and genuinely simplifies social media management. I’d confidently recommend giving it a try—I’m definitely glad I did.

Cons

Of course, it’s not completely perfect. I've noticed that the analytics, while useful, are quite basic and might not be detailed enough if you're looking for deep, comprehensive insights. Occasionally, I've experienced a few glitches—posts not going out exactly as planned or temporary issues connecting with certain platforms. And although it's mostly intuitive, some of Publer's more advanced features, like RSS posting or tracking links, have taken me a bit of time to fully get to grips with.

### "Publer is an upgrade over your current social scheduling platform"

November 20, 2025

5.0

Publer does a great job of anticipating needs and work uses so they most likely already have the features you're looking for. I've been impressed with their ingenuity and user experience in using the platform.

Pros

I really like the ability to schedule things in advance, know when/where/what is being published, and the ability to proactively schedule follow up posts when they hit certain criteria.

Cons

Setting posting schedules for multiple channels is always time consuming and difficult, but Publer streamlined this so I can copy/paste from another channel, so it wasn't nearly as bad.

### "Publer better than Buffer "

June 1, 2025

5.0

So far, my overall experience with Publer has been positive. The platform is easy to navigate, even for new users, and the tools are clearly designed with efficiency in mind. It’s helped me organize content across platforms and streamline social media planning.

Pros

I really like the Bulk Upload feature—it’s a huge time-saver when scheduling content across multiple platforms. Being able to plan and upload posts in batches helps streamline our workflow, especially for campaigns like our Father's Day promotions. The intuitive interface also makes it easy to manage posts once they’re uploaded

Cons

It’s still a bit early to give a full critique, but so far, I haven’t encountered any major issues. If I had to point out something, it might be that some platform integrations have follower count requirements (e.g., Pinterest), which limits immediate use.

Switched from

[Buffer](https://www.capterra.com/p/143492/Buffer/)

We made the switch from Buffer to Publer primarily to improve efficiency and access more robust features at a better value. Publer’s bulk upload capabilities, user-friendly interface, and integrated scheduling tools across all major platforms—especially LinkedIn and Pinterest—offered more flexibility for our growing needs. We also appreciated the cleaner calendar view and the ability to preview posts visually, which was a bit more intuitive compared to Buffer.

### "Simple, Reliable, and Great for Everyday Social Media Management"

February 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Publer has been very positive. It’s a reliable and user-friendly tool that helps streamline social media management. With a few feature improvements, it could easily compete with top platforms in the market.

Pros

Publer is very easy to use and makes scheduling posts across multiple social media platforms simple and efficient. The interface is clean, and everything is well organized, which saves a lot of time.

Cons

### "A Game-Changing Social Media Scheduler That Actually Delivers"

July 2, 2026

5.0

My experience with Publer has been transformational. As someone managing content for multiple brands, I needed a tool that was powerful yet simple—and Publer delivers on both fronts. The calendar view is intuitive, scheduling is seamless, and the ability to manage everything from one dashboard has eliminated the chaos of juggling multiple platforms. What stands out most is the reliability. Posts publish on time, every time, and the platform's architecture feels rock-solid. The team behind Publer clearly cares about building a product that users love, not just hitting them with features. The regular updates and genuine responsiveness to feedback make this feel like a living, evolving tool rather than abandoned software. Whether you're a content creator, small business owner, or managing a full agency, Publer makes social media management stress-free and efficient. After trying many alternatives, I can confidently say Publer offers the best price-to-value ratio in the market. My Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros

Publer's most impressive strength is its intuitive, clean interface—I was able to start scheduling posts within minutes without any learning curve. The platform's simplicity is deceptive; beneath the user-friendly design lies powerful automation features like bulk scheduling, content recycling, and AutoSchedule that save hours every week. I'm particularly impressed by: Cross-platform scheduling across 12+ networks (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter/X, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business, and Telegram) in one place Smart automation features like post recycling for evergreen content and AutoSchedule that queues posts to predefined time slots Content curation tools (Explore, RSS feeds, trending posts) that help with content planning Team collaboration with approval workflows, custom roles, and workspace organization perfect for agencies Real-time post previews that show exactly how content will look on each platform Unbeatable value for money compared to competitors—the pricing is fair and the feature set is comprehensive Excellent customer support that's responsive and genuinely helpful Regular feature updates showing the team actively listens to user feedback

Cons

While Publer is excellent overall, a few minor limitations exist: Limited video editing capabilities—more advanced video editing features would be nice Occasional interface heaviness—with so many features, the dashboard can feel slightly overwhelming for absolute beginners Analytics improvement needed—while analytics are available, post engagement tracking could be more detailed Some platform-specific limitations—certain advanced features (like direct tagging) aren't available across all social networks

### "A Solid Social Media Scheduler"

April 10, 2026

5.0

Overall Experience: Publer has been a reliable tool for content planning and keeping a posting calendar organized across platforms. It's not flashy, but it's functional — and in social media management, functional and dependable matters more than most people admit. The UI is approachable, the calendar view is great, and the scheduling rarely misfires. The main friction is around pricing — it's not the most budget-friendly option as you grow. That said, if you're in a position where the cost makes sense, it's a genuinely solid platform that does what it promises.

Pros

Pros: Publer's content calendar is genuinely one of the better ones I've used. Having a clear visual of what's going out, when, and across which platforms saves a ton of mental overhead. The scheduling interface is clean, bulk scheduling works well, and the ability to plan content weeks in advance without things breaking or disappearing is more reliable than some competitors. For anyone running a brand or ecosystem where content consistency matters, it does the job well.

Cons

Cons: The pricing structure is where it starts to feel off. As you scale up — more social profiles, more team members, more workspaces — the cost jumps faster than the feature set justifies. For solo operators or lean teams, the free or lower tiers feel a bit restrictive, and moving to a higher plan doesn't always feel like a proportional upgrade in value. There's a ceiling where you're paying premium prices for features that feel like they should be standard.

Publer is so powerful that it's the only product I will ever use and recommend for social media management.

Pros

Instead of jumping between different platforms and trying to remember what needs posting where, I can plan everything in one place and schedule it ahead of time.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the inability to post automatically to your own Facebook profile, and thats not a Publer issue, it's a Facebook limitation that Publer offers a manual solution to.

### "Excellent All-in-One Social Media Scheduling Tool"

May 4, 2026

5.0

Overall, Publer is a reliable, user-friendly, and powerful tool for anyone managing social media. I’d highly recommend it to individuals and teams looking to streamline their content workflow.

Pros

Publer has been a great addition to my social media workflow. It makes planning, scheduling, and managing content across multiple platforms incredibly easy and efficient. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable using it, even for more advanced features. What I appreciate most is the scheduling and automation capabilities. Being able to organize posts in advance and maintain consistency across channels saves a lot of time and effort. The platform also keeps improving, which shows the team is actively listening to users.

Cons

There are a few minor UI limitations when handling a large volume of posts, but they don’t take away from the overall experience.

### "Useful Platform for Social Media Automation and Scheduling"

June 26, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Publer has been very positive. It helps me manage social media for an online media project in a more structured and efficient way. The platform is useful not only for scheduling and publishing posts, but also for connecting social media management with my own dashboard through the API. This gives me more control over the workflow and helps reduce manual work. Publer is a strong tool for agencies, media businesses, and teams that need a centralized system for managing content across multiple social media channels.

Pros

Publer is reliable, easy to use, and very useful for managing social media content from one place. I use it for an online media platform, and the API integration has been especially helpful because it allows me to connect Publer with a personalized dashboard. This makes it easier to plan, manage, and publish content across different social media accounts without switching between platforms. The scheduling tools, account management, and post creation features save time and make the workflow more organized.

Cons

Some parts of the API and advanced integrations could be better documented, especially for users who want to build custom dashboards or automate specific workflows. A few features may also need more flexibility when managing many accounts or media posts at scale. It works well overall, but more detailed examples and clearer developer guidance would make integration faster.

My overall experience with Publer has been outstanding. It's intuitive, reliable, and packed with features that simplify social media management. From scheduling posts to analyzing performance and collaborating with my team, everything works smoothly. Publer has become an essential part of my daily workflow, and I truly feel it offers exceptional value compared to other tools on the market.

Pros

I've tested many social media scheduling tools, but Publer stands out for its clean interface, smart features, and reliability. I use it daily to manage multiple accounts, and it's saved me countless hours with its bulk scheduling, hashtag suggestions, and built-in AI assistant.

Cons

While Publer is an excellent tool overall, one thing I’d like to see improved is the mobile app experience — it's not as intuitive or feature-rich as the desktop version. Also, some advanced features (like analytics or team collaboration) are only available in higher-tier plans, which might be limiting for small teams or solo users starting out.

### "Publer review "

5.0

Efficient, intuitive, and reliable—Publer simplifies multi-platform social media scheduling. Value for money, definitely.

Pros

Having used Publer for over a year now, I can confidently say it’s one of the most intuitive and time-saving social media schedulers in the market. The interface is clean and beginner-friendly, so you won’t feel lost even if you’re new to scheduling tools. What I love the most is its ability to schedule posts across multiple platforms—Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and even Google Business—without any glitches. The bulk scheduling and calendar view help you visualise your week or month, which is a big plus for content planning. Team collaboration features are a real game-changer; you can invite colleagues, assign roles, and review posts before they go live. Another highlight is the media library—very handy for storing and reusing frequently used images or captions. The ability to customise each post for every platform is a small but significant edge over some competitors. Analytics are simple but effective, giving clear insight into post performance.

Cons

While Publer is feature-rich, advanced analytics are a bit limited compared to some bigger rivals, and the free plan comes with posting limits. Instagram direct posting can be inconsistent due to API restrictions, and there’s no integrated image editor. Mobile app is still in development, which may disappoint those needing on-the-go management. Also, complex automations and workflow customizations (like Zapier-level integrations) are less robust than tools like Buffer or Hootsuite. Finally, certain features—such as auto-generated content suggestions—are missing, which some power users may expect.

10/10 experience with Publer. They have been a godsend for me. It makes managing my business as well as my moms streams so easy.

Pros

I LOVE the whole website. it makes posting, managing, and scheduling for all your social accounts so easy. There are a ton of features that are just straight quality of life features. I have never had an issue with security. You also get a great bang for your buck. I would honestly pay more for it. Customer support will always help if you have an issue as well.

Cons

The only issue I've had is the website was down once. Honestly they got it fixed super quick and I haven't had any other issues.

### "Streamlined, powerful, but could offer more in the free plan"

August 6, 2025

5.0

Publer is a smart, well-designed tool that makes social media content scheduling much easier. For someone managing multiple accounts, it keeps everything neat, visually organized, and consistent. I especially love the calendar view and cross-posting options. If basic engagement tools like comment replies were more accessible, it would be a perfect all-in-one solution.

Pros

It’s incredibly intuitive and efficient for scheduling posts across multiple platforms. The ability to customize content per channel and visually plan ahead is a big time-saver.

Cons

In the free version, there's no way to manage or respond to comments, and the Social Inbox is only available in higher plans. It would be helpful to have some level of interaction support in lower tiers.
