They answer all your questions clearly and personally, not just sending you to links or using automated responses. They really listen. We’ve faced a few challenges, such as occasional platform disconnects and the unusual behaviour from Twitter (now X). Despite that, the team was quick to address the issues and kept us informed every step of the way. The \[sensitive content hidden\] is a great communicator, and overall, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with both the team and the platform. The software itself is excellent. Pros What I like most is that they continuously improve their product. They update everything regularly and really listen to their users. I also appreciate how easy it is to use the platform. Overall, the product itself is fantastic. Cons I really can’t find any issues with this product. We have been users since 2021, and it’s one of the best software products I’ve ever purchased. Managing multiple platforms at once is a breeze. And you can use it for bulk posting! Cons Difficult to find drafts at first. Not very intuitive. Publer let's me use the service for multiple clients and it is not expensive to add more than one company. Pros I am able to schedule Google Business Profile updates and events to different clients profiles. I like that I am able to have multiple businesses with their own profiles to work from. It allows for multiple clients, a reasonable amount for a fair and affordable cost. Cons So far it serves its purpose for what I subscribe to it for. I don't have anything I can share about not liking it. I am very grateful that this service exists and it is a fair price and not outrageous cost for a small business like mine.
