I've tried a few other schedulers and Publer has the best balance of features and price for someone juggling multiple accounts. It's easy enough that I could hand it off to someone new without a ton of training, and it handles pretty much everything I need day to day. A few small things could be better, but it's made my workflow a lot more organized. Pros I manage social for a bunch of different clients, and Publer makes it easy to keep them all separated in their own workspaces. The calendar view is my favorite part because I can see a whole month at once and move things around without redoing anything. Bulk scheduling saves me hours, especially when I'm loading a full month of content for a client in one sitting. I also use the Canva integration constantly, and being able to schedule the first comment and set different captions per platform is really helpful. Cons The analytics are good enough to share with my clients, but I don't really use them myself since there's no way to separate ad data from organic data. I also wish I could post Instagram carousels that start with a video and then go into photos, because right now that's not an option. Every once in a while a post fails to publish, usually on Instagram, and I don't always get a clear reason why. The mobile app also isn't as smooth as the desktop version, so I mostly stick to my laptop. I must put our VAT in other platform and it is not iclududed in other invoices. I hope, they improve that (or I miss some setting). Setup was quick, the learning curve was short, and it handles the bulk of my posting reliably. A few rough edges around previews and account connections, but not enough to make me switch. Pros The scheduling calendar is the best part — I can queue a month of posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in one sitting, and the link-in-bio and recycling features save me from rewriting evergreen content every few weeks. Pricing is also fair compared to the bigger platforms. Cons The interface gets cluttered once you're managing several workspaces, and platform previews don't always match what actually publishes — especially Instagram carousels and Reels. There was a bit more setup than with Buffer, especially when I first started integrating it into my automation workflow, but once everything was configured, it became much more flexible. What I like most is that Publer doesn’t force me into using the product in one particular way. I can use the normal scheduling interface when I want to, bulk schedule large batches of content, or build my own automation around the API. That flexibility has become increasingly valuable as my workflow has grown more customized. I also appreciate that the product seems to be actively developed. There are still things I’d like improved, particularly around analytics, API documentation, plan limitations, and mobile access, but overall I’m very happy with what I’m getting for the price. Pros Publer fits my workflow unusually well because it gives me both bulk scheduling and API access without forcing me into a much more expensive enterprise-style setup. I manage a fairly high-volume Facebook content workflow, so being able to bulk schedule both image posts and text-only background posts is important. Publer is one of the few tools I found that supports the latter properly, which was actually one of the main reasons I switched from Buffer. The API access is probably the biggest advantage for me personally. I originally used Make for automation, but I’ve since moved most of the workflow to custom Python scripts. Publer’s API gives me enough flexibility to automate scheduling, pull analytics data, and push the data into my own Google Sheets reporting system. Another feature I really appreciate is how scheduled posts are handled when you change your posting schedule. If I already have a month of content scheduled and later change the posting frequency or time slots, Publer doesn’t reshuffle the posts that are already scheduled. That sounds minor, but it makes a big difference when you’re managing a large content queue. Buffer used to shift the existing queue whenever I changed the schedule, which was frustrating. The competitor analytics are useful too. Being able to monitor things like posting frequency and engagement gives me a quick overview of how my own content compares. Reliability has also been excellent. I haven’t had a single failed post so far. That’s been a noticeable improvement from my previous experience with Buffer, where I would occasionally get failed posts. Cons The analytics could be clearer in a few areas, especially Facebook Reach. Facebook now emphasizes Views, while Publer reports Reach as unique views. The numbers don’t line up with Facebook’s own reporting, and there isn’t an obvious way for me to independently verify what Publer is showing. Because of that, I don’t really rely on the Reach metric. The API documentation is generally useful and helped me build my setup, but there were a few areas where I felt the documentation could have gone into more detail. Pricing is also a bit of a mixed bag for me. I had to move to the Business plan because I wanted both API access and analytics, so I’m paying more than I previously paid with Buffer. I’d personally love to see those features available on the Professional plan. The mobile app is useful when I’m away from my laptop, although I find the interface a bit cluttered. I mostly want quick access to the things I actually use, and there’s quite a lot going on in the app that feels unnecessary for my workflow. Having all medias in the same place is a great point too. It allow me to create upload every rushes, whether i'll use them or not, and create post easily. But to repeat myself : Reports are nice. Price is fair. Cons Maybe that's because it's my job, but the design is a bit... tasteless.
