So easy and what a great experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend them

Pros

Easy enough to use without any backend knowledge. EXCELLENT customer service - if there was something I couldn't do, they either directed me to helpful resources (teach a man to fish - I like this philosophy) or did it for me.Also love that the resulting database can be updated by admin and it is easy to see each users responses

Cons

All the things I didn't like are probably available in a paid version, I was just using the free trial. I would have preferred a custom link. I would have liked a different graphic/web interface look for our guests

Extremely positive. Very good support staff who are proactive with customer use cases. Available templates for common processes helps you hit the riad running.

Pros

Versatile and width of features not paralleled by any other no code we have evaluated. We particularly like the google map embedding capabilities. Also we are looking forward to use the geo fencing capabilities as soon as they are available.

Cons

We await the geo mapping capabilities to enable us to track the field staff routes.

Reasons for choosing Clappia

Because it is no nonsense, and comes with a basic easy to deploy frontend and the wide areas it can cover for a variety of processes.

Outstanding support w/ client driven work ethic. Simple & clean UI.

Pros

When standard formulas & capabilities weren’t enough, the Clappia team was quick to suggest creative logic to net the results we needed.

Cons

That we didn’t find it sooner. The Clappia support & sales team are congruent in their product presentation and maintenance.
