"Easy to use/ A lot of different features"

**Pros:** I like how easy it is to set up automations for appointment reminders using a calendar set up in the same platform

**Cons:** It has a lot of features that I do not know how to use. I wish there was more of a guidance in there on how to use everything because it can sometimes seem overwhelming.
