Overall, we have been pretty happy with how go high-level as allowed us to automate so much of the marketing in our chiropractic Practice

Pros

The functions seem unlimited. There’s so much you can do to grow and manage your business in this one platform.

Cons

Because there’s so much that you can do with this software, there is a large learning curve. Implementation takes quite a while because of the complex complexity

Great, could be better, but for our agency it's done wonders. Once you get the hang of it, it will be easier, but important to learn how to use it.

Pros

We use it to provide extra value for our clients and help them with marketing automation and customer relationship management, with omni-channel integration between whatsapp Business API,Meta, Email and possibility of adding automations for our clients to automate processes such as new lead flows.

Cons

The problem with GoHighLevel comes at the expense of certain things, such as you providing a sub account to a client, you become their software provider as well, which means you will have to take care of certain technical things as set up, building workflows, training AI. Has a learning curve and is a little bit slow.

I like how easy it is to set up automations for appointment reminders using a calendar set up in the same platform

Cons

It has a lot of features that I do not know how to use. I wish there was more of a guidance in there on how to use everything because it can sometimes seem overwhelming.

I'm currently using Kajabi for various projects, and I wanted to give GHL a shot because it's receiving a lot of attention via their affiliates who are strongly incentivized to promote the product because they earn money doing so. I ended up joining at ther $497 level, with real motivation to not only build out a course but also earn on the software side by connecting my students to built out done for you snapshots for their own businesses. This was much more of an undertaking that I estimated. Note that I am successful in the online course space, and live from this type of business currently. I ended up having to hire a team of people to build out the "agency" side, and could never get things working properly. I'd try to go into the platform myself to update things and would have to spend HOURS watching tutorials on how to do BASIC things. The platform is for computer programmers, not for marketers. Everything from creating a basic landing page sign up, to communities, to courses is SO SO SO complicated to set up, run and scale. Their business model is DO EVERYTHING, but DO NOTHING WELL. I'd say none of their product work to expectation, or even close. I've spent 10's of thousands of dollars trying to get this going but it's just a hopeless money pit. I would not recommend for anyone that does not have the budget to hire a staff of 10 to get the project going. I've ended up pulling the plug on the project, and feel relieved but also so annoyed that I wasted to much time and money learning this clunky platform thinking it was going to be a great solution for me.

Pros

The platform is inspiring, and instills a "you can do anything with GHL" mindset through all of their marketing channels. This mindset is about the only positive thing I can say about the platform.

Cons

Everything is overly complicated, clunky, poorly designed, glitched, and difficult to navigate. I can't say anything positive about my experience with GHL.

Pros

As an agency, it’s a good system to deliver to small size business clients. It can be used as a CRM, marketing automation, landing pages, SMS messages, AI chat. For our clients it’s a ve try easy to use system.

Cons

Building landing pages in this system is very annoying. It has very limited functions. The AI chat, it’s confusing to build and train. And setting up a phone number for SMS took us 5 weeks. It also lags sometimes.

Generally good. I have used the software to manage client accounts, with a lot of features (CRM, landing pages, websites, SMS, email etc), at minimum extra cost to add on new clients.

Pros

HighLevel is one of the most versatile all-in-one CRM systems on the market giving marketers lots of functionality and features

Cons

The main issue that most marketers have with HighLevel is that it can be a bit buggy, and the company seem to focus on new features rather than optimizing existing ones.

Cons

Integrating text automations was a bit difficult at first. In order to get them to work, you'll need to ceate an LC account or a Twilio account and setup them up with HighLevel

Used as a sales rep pipeline CRM. Was very easy to use after learning the software. Occasionally there were some connectivity issues between call lines, which I believe were powered by Ring Central at the time. Eventually that got sorted out and was seamless to operate on.

Pros

Ability to organize sales pipeline by progression of relationship, calendars to zoomlinks, and ability to have an integrated call out line from HighLevel.

Cons

It did take a little time to get used to the interface and to get customizations done to my liking. Aside from that its a wonderful service.

I have tried multiple CRM programs and GHL is far the best and more complex. It is not for the faint hearted. I was close to give up just because of the many options and wide variety of programs GHL can replace. Already very complex but as soon as you understand the link between each of the parts, you will love it.

Pros

This has been a great experience using the HighLevel platform for our agency an also for our clients. It is simply a win-win for everyone. The white label option is amazing and gives us unlimited options to generate incomes many different ways. The funnel builder and the calendar parts are the best.

Cons

Support can be slow a bit. The constant upgrading is amazing and annoying at the same time.

I actually want to use high level and even introduce it to other businesses on mass, however the above issue which I can't even get help on, are a genuine concern. I read other reviews with similar issues and I just assumed they would have fixed these things by now. But nope!

Great functionality and business model. Good community of people that are working with the software

Cons

They have attempted to charge me even though I cancelled my trial days earlier. I also can't even access the support portal, as my log in details are not recognised, even though they work for logging into my account. Can't even reset password as it says I'm not the administrator, when I clearly am and have been the only person to access the account.

once it works, it does a really good job of managing your campaigns and leads. The key is getting ti to work for you.

Pros

There are a ton of features in this app, and it really COULD do 90% of all your marketing and Sales

Cons

Support and it is complicated as all heck to use! You will need a lot PATIENCE if you want to get this app to work the way that you want it to, with LOTS and LOTS of support tickets that take a LONNNNNG time to get answered or resolved

I love how they've focused on the needs of marketing agencies and are building a platform specifically for my needs. And they have the best customer support I've ever experienced. Blows any other company out of the water with how fast they respond and fix and problems you find.

Cons

Hard to find anything I don't like... but I would say that the email marketing options are a bit limited and not robust enough for me to switch from my Email marketing software

Its very easy to use, at first it might be a little confusing but once you understand how it all works together its very easy to figure everything else out.

Cons

Theres a lot of features they're still missing and they do updates every so often but also have some crashes. Last update they did messed up all our calendars and if it weren't by chance that we saw what had happened we would've had big problems.
