Great, could be better, but for our agency it's done wonders. Once you get the hang of it, it will be easier, but important to learn how to use it.

Pros

We use it to provide extra value for our clients and help them with marketing automation and customer relationship management, with omni-channel integration between whatsapp Business API,Meta, Email and possibility of adding automations for our clients to automate processes such as new lead flows.

Cons

The problem with GoHighLevel comes at the expense of certain things, such as you providing a sub account to a client, you become their software provider as well, which means you will have to take care of certain technical things as set up, building workflows, training AI. Has a learning curve and is a little bit slow.

I'm currently using Kajabi for various projects, and I wanted to give GHL a shot because it's receiving a lot of attention via their affiliates who are strongly incentivized to promote the product because they earn money doing so. I ended up joining at ther $497 level, with real motivation to not only build out a course but also earn on the software side by connecting my students to built out done for you snapshots for their own businesses. This was much more of an undertaking that I estimated. Note that I am successful in the online course space, and live from this type of business currently. I ended up having to hire a team of people to build out the "agency" side, and could never get things working properly. I'd try to go into the platform myself to update things and would have to spend HOURS watching tutorials on how to do BASIC things. The platform is for computer programmers, not for marketers. Everything from creating a basic landing page sign up, to communities, to courses is SO SO SO complicated to set up, run and scale. Their business model is DO EVERYTHING, but DO NOTHING WELL. I'd say none of their product work to expectation, or even close. I've spent 10's of thousands of dollars trying to get this going but it's just a hopeless money pit. I would not recommend for anyone that does not have the budget to hire a staff of 10 to get the project going. I've ended up pulling the plug on the project, and feel relieved but also so annoyed that I wasted to much time and money learning this clunky platform thinking it was going to be a great solution for me.

Pros

The platform is inspiring, and instills a "you can do anything with GHL" mindset through all of their marketing channels. This mindset is about the only positive thing I can say about the platform.

Cons

Everything is overly complicated, clunky, poorly designed, glitched, and difficult to navigate. I can't say anything positive about my experience with GHL.

The functions seem unlimited. There’s so much you can do to grow and manage your business in this one platform.

Cons

Because there’s so much that you can do with this software, there is a large learning curve. Implementation takes quite a while because of the complex complexity

Overall is a great system to sell to clients if you are building funnels and email automations, they keep adding new features which keeps you up to date and has new ideas on what new services to provide to your clients (as an agency). It’s a great system for marketing agencies.

Pros

As an agency, it’s a good system to deliver to small size business clients. It can be used as a CRM, marketing automation, landing pages, SMS messages, AI chat. For our clients it’s a ve try easy to use system.

Cons

Building landing pages in this system is very annoying. It has very limited functions. The AI chat, it’s confusing to build and train. And setting up a phone number for SMS took us 5 weeks. It also lags sometimes.

The best thing about high-level is the ability to customize it to whatever your use case is and design workflows to reach your leads in the most efficient way possible

Cons

The only frustrating part about high-level is sometimes the speed of the server can get slow, preventing me from making the kind of progress I want in a particular work session

Generally good. I have used the software to manage client accounts, with a lot of features (CRM, landing pages, websites, SMS, email etc), at minimum extra cost to add on new clients.

Pros

HighLevel is one of the most versatile all-in-one CRM systems on the market giving marketers lots of functionality and features

Cons

The main issue that most marketers have with HighLevel is that it can be a bit buggy, and the company seem to focus on new features rather than optimizing existing ones.

It’s was a good system, a bit more complex than I initially thought but overall once it was setup it worked great.

Pros

What I liked the most was being able to create different segments. I also love having different triggers within the software.

Cons

The complexity in the initial setup was a bit jarring at first. Thankfully I used a service like CGX to help me setting up for our business. They helped me take the guess work out of it.

Pros

Love this system, very easy to use, from email management, message sending, text messaging, bookings etc is all made stress free with its automation system. All your valuable contacts are protected with security password. This system can be quite expensive though being $80 to $100 per month.

Cons

Can be costly, but for a business this system is worth the cost. Can be limited in it capabilities compared to other systems.

Pros

The fact that you can get all these features by this price is fantastic. My clients usually like the software after a while and won't change to another software. Although, there are so many things to be fixed at this time but HighLevel is still my favorite CRM and I am suggesting it to everyone.

Cons

\-I hope they change the appointment scheduling interface, my clients always complain that they have to scroll up and down to see a full day! I know it's because of Google Calendar but is there anyway to fix it? -Although, HighLevel updates release software updates each week but I believe their main focus is to show off more features that might not be necessary for the majority of business owners. We need the platform to be more easy to use and catch client's eyes by the first look. Every time I demo HighLevel to a client, they say "it's not user friendly" and I ask them to try it for a month. -Sometimes I can't find a feature that is been in front of my eyes and suddenly it disappear because a software update! (I believe they MUST release a full user manual so we can find features by searching. Their help center and video tutorials are always outdated and I have to find the a feature manually) -Video tutorials could be more and better. -Most of my clients use HighLevel only for scheduling appointments and they think $97 for only that feature is too expensive. I wish we could just disable features and sell it for lower price (Starter plan)

Everywhere you turn is one giant bug after another. I think what they're trying to do is a big ask, but after two months of wrestling with the system, they are failing. The real treasure hunt with this system is trying to find anything that works.

Pros

The cost and their ambition seemed noble and even possible

Cons

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been a CTO for a decade and a half scaling businesses and integrating numerous CRM and automation systems and having worked with over 3,000 clients. The GoHighLevel system and support have been the worst I've ever encountered. The mobile app does not work with no quality assurance done on it. Even their support email auto-responders direct you to broken links. The support staff is untrained and borderline useless. Their staff will even admit they don't know how the system works, and from their words "no one really does".

Love HighLevel, so glad I don't have to track all the data they can on spreadsheets or anything now!

Pros

The ease of use, especially for a total beginner like me! I'm learning how to navigate the software on the software! I love that they train me how to use it AND how I could benefit from signing other businesses up on this incredible software!

Cons

Just the things they're still teaching me to do. As soon as it's shown to me, I see how seamless it all is again. No complaints so far - just still learning the depth of it all, not just surface level

Go high level. Lets me create automated SMS and email campaigns and can interface with almost every other software out there via its API

Cons

It is costly that some of the other options out there, but it does have a lot more features. I did find it a little bit difficult at first to get started as far as creating automations.

We use this software to help our clients with their digital marketing. We use it for lead generation, booking appointments and managing reviews. It's great to be able to provide multiple functionalities in one tool for our clients. On their end, it's simple and gives them access to what they need (and what they don't). It's a great all-in-one tool. There's a learning curve but the customer service is great and they are adding new features all the time.

Pros

This software does it all! It's a fantastic software to put everything in one place and to simplify digital marketing. I love being able to copy things from one client to another client's location. It makes it easy to set up a system and duplicate it without duplicating the effort. It integrates with everything we need it to and it's a fantastic software.

Cons

It's still on the newer side, so new features are always being rolled out. It isn't always the most intuitive software and some of the features are a bit lacking because it's new. I look forward to seeing what they come up with in the future.

This software consolidate all other software together into one. You remove the need to actually have multiple software (email marketing, calendar, texting tool, crm..) Save my company not only just a little bit of funds but it is super easy to use at any point of time. It has the best support as well!!

Cons

Nothing really! Just have some bugs but it is naturally common with alot of software as well. So there's no down side to it

The saas model business is really great to avoid churn rate. HL is the perfect tool for this business model!

Pros

It offers everything we need as a marketing agency to help local businesses. It is well designed. We have everything under one roof to manage your services :-)

Cons

Twilio is expensive in Europe and there isn't an alternative for the moment. To possibility to switch language in the dashboard would be nice for non English clients

HighLevel is the best at what it does and has killed a prior generation of Facebook lead generator programs.

Pros

We use High Level as part of our platform to communicate with leads and get them scheduled to come in for their first appointment. Easy to use, clean display, and takes about 10 minutes to teach any of my employees how to do the most important things.

Cons

Not much to complain about. I wish it was cheaper but they have the right to charge what they want and if people keep paying it (i.e me) why should they change it.

I found that it was a great software which has everything you needed. Unfortunately the primary integration is Stripe, which is not available in my country. Having a fantastic all in one software ultimately comes with the need for a lot of learning the platform and time to get used to it.

Pros

What makes Highlevel great is that it has all the tools you need as a marketer in one place which gives you the ultimate flexibility and the ability to enhance your business offer and scale.

Cons

Despite being priced very fairly for what it is, it may still be pricey for someone starting out in business. Especially since there is a lot of learning to understand how everything works. This may be overwhelming when you're starting out.
