While there has been a learning curve with the set up there are so many amazing features with this software. Among my favourites is the converation tab where all communications with a customer are logged in one thread making it so much easier to review the history and provide accurate information to our customers. Pros I signed up for HighLevel when I was receiving a large number of inquiries and needed some automation to ease the burden of prompt replies. It was easy to set up and navigate and made it worth the money. Cons Some of the transitions between areas of the program are challenging. Lots of promises to fix my account that didn't work. All Broken Promises. So, if they can't get my account open and ready for me to work in it, how will they handle a REAL problem when it arises? Pros Worked great for 3 days, then it didn't work at all. Cons They kept promising me that my account was "fixed". I spent dozens of hours on phone with support because I did not want to lose the 25 hours of work. They kept promising me it is fixed now. Finally they had a PROGRAMMER diagnose and fix my account. Then worked for about 10 days, I put dozens of hours into my websites and back to the account being messed up again. Gone are the days when I had to use 5-8 other software tools to make my business work. Everything is in one place, and this is a no-brainer when you factor in the savings versus other alternatives. Cons They appear to keep moving areas around, which requires me to re-learn a few steps. However, this is more of an annoyance than anything else because the power of this tool far outweighs it. Owner Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Issues with support and billing" February 2, 2024 3.0 I wouldn't recommend anyone use this unless you are a tech person or want to spend a lot of time with issues. I know someone who stil uses them but there are always bugs and the support isn't great. Pros The advertised features are great. They have lots of affiliates that make 40% plus on their product recommendations so you will hear lots of good things. There are two main companies that do support beyond Highlevel that charge 150-300 a month. Cons Billing support was aweful and they gave me the runaround about charges and refunding them. They said they were going to refund charges and then didn't and I had to follow up multiple times and then was left disappointed in the end. This company does not care about you at all and everyone seems to be incentivized through bonuses in sighups without any performance. You are getting a product that has a 100% markup. Its obvious from the 5 people I talked to in support that they weren't there to really help. Everyone said "sorry" but in a way that didn't seem genuine and after each encounter I still had to follow up to ask more aboout why this issue wasn't taken care of properly. They have to work out some kinks but it's gotten way better even in the last few months, so they are constantly working to improve it. I have no doubt that it will be off the charts in a few months. Pros It eliminates the need for most of the softwares I've been using from clickfunnels, clicksend, active campaign and more, which helps justify the cost because I'm actually saving money but canceling other subscriptions. Oh! And 2-way texting!! Cons The CRM functionality could definitely be better. As a whole, sometimes the software runs slow from a user perspective (definitely not often). I read other reviews with similar issues and I just assumed they would have fixed these things by now. But nope! Pros Great functionality and business model. Good community of people that are working with the software Cons They have attempted to charge me even though I cancelled my trial days earlier. I also can't even access the support portal, as my log in details are not recognised, even though they work for logging into my account. We use it for lead generation, booking appointments and managing reviews. It's great to be able to provide multiple functionalities in one tool for our clients. On their end, it's simple and gives them access to what they need (and what they don't). It's a great all-in-one tool. There's a learning curve but the customer service is great and they are adding new features all the time. Pros This software does it all! It's a fantastic software to put everything in one place and to simplify digital marketing. I love being able to copy things from one client to another client's location. It makes it easy to set up a system and duplicate it without duplicating the effort. It integrates with everything we need it to and it's a fantastic software. Cons It's still on the newer side, so new features are always being rolled out. It isn't always the most intuitive software and some of the features are a bit lacking because it's new. They created a generic landing page and input my company location information. That's it... On my onboarding call the rep kept getting up from the computer to blow his nose. Very odd. I asked for a refund and they were terrible about it. Furthermore, I keep getting charged even though my account is cancelled and support refuses to help. This has been going on for weeks. Pros It has a nice dashboard and offers many features. Cons Unfortunately I found a lot of the features did not work properly and couldn't be relied on. Pros We use High Level as part of our platform to communicate with leads and get them scheduled to come in for their first appointment. Easy to use, clean display, and takes about 10 minutes to teach any of my employees how to do the most important things. Cons Not much to complain about.
