Pros: Candidate Video is very easy to use. We can quickly get a feel for how the candidates communicate. Facing the camera and answering our questions makes the candidates genuine and real. We are currently using Candidate video to fill multiple vacancies and our experience so far has been splendid.

We save time and money by prescreening candidates before inviting them to a face to face interview. We reduced a 45 minute interview to a 10 minute video interview and a 10 minute phone interview.

Cons: No provision to add more than 5 questions in the interviews. Sometimes we may need to ask more than the allowed maximum of 5 questions.

Overall: Save Time and money of our resources who engage in the interview process
