Any issues have been sorted out with the team promptly and new features have been added whilst we have been subscribed. Pros Easy to understand UI, fast customer service responses and relatively quick updates between SP and the selling platform. CEO Broadcast Media Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "A race to the bottom " April 17, 2020 3.0 It is a NEGATIVE experience zero customer service no one to contact by phone and extreme lag time on any responses to eMail with prewritten canned responses to questions customer service is GARBAGE Pros I had the ability to identify the major competitors That was the only benefit Cons Using streetpricer is the typical “race to the bottom” they lower prices as competitors lower prices In actuality if Streetpricer is used by more than one who has the same items the prices just keep shrinking almost daily. They use some type algorithm that allows them to reprice lower. When they reprice higher it is because someone ran out of inventory so next price is higher They have no idea about the actual market nor customer service being important they do not take preferred shipping into consideration. This company actually is doing more harm than good. And they charge an extreme amount while making most lose money on their sales as they become a race to the bottom price. I wish I could port it directly to marketplaces other than eBay. Pros It automates my pricing and adheres strictly to floor and ceiling prices I've set. I also makes it easy to change price and quantity for immediate update on eBay. Customer service is responsive when I have reached out with questions or issues. The software is vastly superior to trying to manually maintain pricing. Cons I have nearly 1000 items listed on eBay. There were hours and hours of manual set up required to get the most out of the software. I wish there was a feature to ignore casual and/or lowball sellers other than manually going through and eliminating them from price matching. I also wish a report was available to show opportunities where the floor price is very close to a lower competitor's price. Review Source KT Katherine T. I've had a few questions along the way and their cs answered me within 24 hours. My biggest love is that I have several items that price is crucial, and now with StreetPricer I stay competitive. I've had some items were StreetPricer raised my price, making me more money. Needless to say that was wonderful. Repricers are not just about repricing your items downwards. There are times to price them up! StreetPricer does that. A win, win. Pros With StreetPricer I can quickly check on the competition. Not just looking at their price, but also their entire listing. This saves me and my team precious time. I also like that StreetPricer was developed by an eBay seller. It's an eBay tool by and eBay seller for eBay sellers. Cons I'm very happy.
