After answering all my questions and telling me exactly what I want to hear. I then go for training and its nothing like what i was sold. So I expected a refund for them lying to me and to cancel my service. 3 months later and they wont stop billing me. Forced to take them to court. This company shouldnt be in business.

Pros

They know how to close a deal. And keep billing you after you try to cancel. They are very great at it

The ability to provide customers with an app to schedule rides.

Pros

I like that I can custom a lot of different things to my liking. Things like how far in advance a customer can schedule, rates, etc.

Cons

I don't like that the customer service behind this software. There are bugs that create a HUGE disturbance to important things such as customer experience and money! When I lose customers and money due to a lack in service through the software, that's not a great thing.
