Works very well

Pros

That we can use it with Slack so we dont need another client.

Cons

It is a bit expensive and is charging for everything. One extra operator. One extra chat topic etc. The default pricing may not fit all businesses.

### "Get Chatting in an Instant with Chatlio"

Overall, I was very pleased with Chatlio because of the extra value it gave us with Slack and the ease of set-up, use, and administration.

Pros

Chatlio is so easy to use and set up because it integrates with Slack perfectly. We had our entire system set up and launched in less than one day. They give you everything you need to be successful. It honestly added so much value to our Slack contract because it allowed us to bring outsiders into our internal Slack chats.

Cons

The only downside to Chatlio is more of a Slack thing than anything they can control. To do certain tasks, Slack makes you type in these commands that many of our users just weren't familiar with. They eventually got the hang of it but it did take time and training to get everyone comfortable.

Reason for choosing Chatlio

Price. Chatlio is priced extremely low for the value that it can bring to your website. The problem with the other chat options is they charged by the user which for us was just way too expensive. Chatlio is just one flat monthly fee.

### "Honestly a great Slack integration for Live Chat and WordPress sites"

Pros

Chatlio has easy integration with Slack, this saves us some real estate on our computer screens as it already uses a program that we already have open on our desktops.

Cons

I still don't understand how to set holiday automation, sometimes we forget to turn it off for a Holiday and we have customers that are annoyed we don't respond.

### "Great easy chatting if you're already using Slack"

Pros

It opens up a chat for you and has automated replies, making your chats very easy. It really works when you have a lot of customers on your website! I love the slack integration.

Cons

It's not always clear to me how to shut down a conversation. Also I couldn't get everything to work as smoothly as I wanted to. Minor things though.

Wandering customers with questions can be helped this way.

Pros

Great tool that functions well with slack and makes it easy to reply to customers. Also great automated replies.

Cons

Expensive, and the chats aren't very organized. It's hard to find out what the shortcuts are and easy to lose track of chats

All the features you will ever need for organising and tracking messages and requests Messages can be marked as unread Add a notification to a message Highlight a message

Cons

It is only available for teams and companies, you can't easily use it to just chat with your friends
