The app is easy to use and selection of a phone number was easy. Everything is kept separate from your personal calls, voicemails and text messages. The implementation was easy. It's easy to add contacts and additional details you need for business clients. I'm very happy with this product. Pros This product is easy to use to have your business calls on your personal cell phone and not interfering with your personal calls or text messages. Everything is separated in the app. I found this very easy to set up on my iPhone. You can manage all the activity and settings through either the website or the app. There are features I don't currently use like the employee directory and additional extensions, but I like that they are available for future expansion and will be easy to add. I found the price very competitive with the other options I evaluated. Cons So far I estimate that the voicemail transcription is only about 70% accurate. The call quality on speakerphone isn't always good and has to be switched to handheld. I’ve contacted IT via phone numerous times and not heard back. I’ve contacted IT via email and was told it would be fixed last night. This is essential to my daily job and I have already been out a full day while trying to get access to MY ACCOUNT, the one i opted in to pay for. Customer service is basically nonexistent and I’m sorry I wasted my time. Don’t waste yours.
