This solved my issue of having a business phone number without having to get a landline or new phone. The app is easy to use and selection of a phone number was easy. Everything is kept separate from your personal calls, voicemails and text messages. The implementation was easy. It's easy to add contacts and additional details you need for business clients. I'm very happy with this product.

Pros

This product is easy to use to have your business calls on your personal cell phone and not interfering with your personal calls or text messages. Everything is separated in the app. I found this very easy to set up on my iPhone. You can manage all the activity and settings through either the website or the app. There are features I don't currently use like the employee directory and additional extensions, but I like that they are available for future expansion and will be easy to add. I found the price very competitive with the other options I evaluated.

Cons

So far I estimate that the voicemail transcription is only about 70% accurate. The call quality on speakerphone isn't always good and has to be switched to handheld. There is no speaker option to listen to voicemails from the app.

I used this service for not even 2 days until i was logged out of my account and unable to get back in. I’ve contacted IT via phone numerous times and not heard back. I’ve contacted IT via email and was told it would be fixed last night. This is essential to my daily job and I have already been out a full day while trying to get access to MY ACCOUNT, the one i opted in to pay for. Customer service is basically nonexistent and I’m sorry I wasted my time. Don’t waste yours.

Great idea in theory, but in practicality just not reliable

Pros

The features allow my organization the ability to provide excellent customer service. The software is user-friendly and the customer service is great.

Cons

The only con of the software is the inability to call internationally.

LOVE everything about LinkedPhone. The customer services has been out of this world! They have helped me take a number and port it over and have above and beyond to ensure I am in business and up and running.

Pros

Love that you can save contacts, text thought the app and even set up greetings to help your business give a more professional office feel.

Cons

So far I can not say there is anything i dislike about the program. The customer service is exceptional.
