Support by phone is slow and often unable to resolve issues. Pros The payment process is automated. Payments can be accepted on site, or parents can pay from their home computers or smart phones. Cons Recent changes by Tuition Express require additional work by office staff to post batches, which was not required in the past. In addition since October 2025 there have been numerous errors and delays in processing payments. Also the rates (overall costs) are much too high for the service received. It is also very quick to come to our account and if one payment bounces it sends an email letting me know and the parent. Cons I wish that it would automatically charge the parents the fee that we assess to there account. Cons Sometimes when first setting up a program I need extra help in the step-by-step process of entering the information to make sure it runs smoothly once in operation. If they had someone to actually walk me through this process while actually entering in our information it would be helpful.
