Support by phone is slow and often unable to resolve issues. Pros The payment process is automated. Payments can be accepted on site, or parents can pay from their home computers or smart phones. Cons Recent changes by Tuition Express require additional work by office staff to post batches, which was not required in the past. In addition since October 2025 there have been numerous errors and delays in processing payments. Also the rates (overall costs) are much too high for the service received. If someone has a $0 balance, they cannot prepay more money until a new charge is put in.
