Wij gebruik Ilost als software voor gevonden verloren voorwerpen. Na de foutgevoelige Excellijsten is Ilost een welkome verbetering! De implementatie en begeleiding hierin was prima. Ik heb hierna ook weinig vragen uit het team gehad over het gebruik.

Pros

Ilost is, doordat het gebruiksvriendelijke software is, eenvoudig te implementeren. Iedereen die er hier mee werkt is positief en maakt er goed gebruik van.

Cons

Ik heb nog geen minpunten kunnen ontdekken.

Pros

Fijn en makkelijk programma om mee te werken. Gasten mogen zelf kiezen om het op te laten sturen of op te halen. Daarnaast is ook heel fijn dat belangrijke documenten opgehaald moeten worden zodat je zeker weet dat het de correcte gast is. Zeker ook goede klantenservice.

Tot nu toe hebben wij nog niks opgelopen.

Vlotte installatie van het systeem, werkt zoals beloofd.

Pros

\- Mensen kunnen zelf zoeken via de link op onze website- Papieren register is vervangen door een digitaal register- Gevonden voorwerpen worden gepubliceerd met foto - vergemakkelijkt het 'terugvinden'- Meerdere diensten gebruiken dit voor het beheer en er bestaan meerdere bewaarplaatsen

Cons

Nog geen enkel nadeel ondervonden maar we hebben nog maar weinig geclaimde voorwerpen tot nu toe.

Gemakkelijk hanteerbaar. (het toevoegen van een verloren voorwerp gaat heel vlot doordat er veel suggesties zijn) Overzichtelijke website (Je ziet meteen duidelijk welke voorwerpen actief zijn en ook wanneer er een voorwerp verlopen is)

Cons

Het programma is in het algemeen niet erg gekend bij de meeste personen.

Voordeel is dat gasten alles online kunnen regelen.Het verduidelijkt kan worden met een foto van het voorwerp

Heel goed, benaderbaar, persoonlijk en betrokken

Pros

Het is heel fijn om 1 centraal platform te hebben en naar te kunnen verwijzen indien er een hulpvraag is voor een verloren voorwerp. Het is makkelijk in te regelen en makkelijk te gebruiken in de operatie.

Cons

voor nu niet van toepassing, Ilost zorgt zelf goed voor productontwikkeling

Integratie bleek redelijk eenvoudig. Vooral het eenvoudig matchen van gevonden voorwerpen met de als verloren gemelde artikelen valt positief op.

Cons

Het overbrengen van de bestaande gevonden en verloren artikelen was even doorbijten.
