I work for a start up that spun off from a big company. We had to start from scratch, we were lucky to have met HirePlanner during the earlier phase of our growth as I was able to find an ATS, HR Database, IV Scheduling tool, Feedback Management tool, and PR tool in one software. I truly recommend this to any company who would like to have a "One Stop Shop"- Software to jump start a smooth Recruiting/HR Process.

Pros

The instant network it provides even with minimum effort from the client. You will have a chance to join events (reasonably priced for its content and execution) that HirePlanner plans with its many partner organizations (both Universities and Mid-Careers Institutions). The UI is incredibly easy to understand and is bilingual so external branding will be boosted since you will be more effective, responsive, and inclusive to all kinds of candidates.

Cons

HirePlanner is continuously and regularly getting feedback to its clients and they continue to surprise us with their innovations. We have nothing to complain about.
