Pros The way it works, the professionalism, and overall quality Cons It's not user friendly at all. I am not sure if it captures all the responses, as some respondents emailed me to say they completed the survey, but their results does not show. Pros It is free (trial) and has the functionality that I was looking for Cons The "tools" are sometimes not at trivial locations in the user-interface when setting up a survey. Pros The system is very user friendly. I do love the system, I am hoping our management team make the call to upgrade. i find value in your product. Cons It would be nice if you could copy your "Tailored" multiple choice answers down to your other questions instead of recreate them. To be able to print your survey so that you can check it when its in review mode, you can always make it print DRAFT accross the print out so that people cant mass produce and use them. The support team were amazing in resolving the payment challenges I experienced. It was extremely easy to load questions and distribute the survey to the identified participants. Cons Monthly subscription. For infrequent users who need paid features, a pay as you go option should be considered. I will not need to survey that frequently that I need a monthly sub, but very happy to pay for the service as and when needed.
