Pros The ability to manage projects and teams through an agile framework as they grow bigger is valuable, giving a clear understanding of how smaller tasks and projects fit into the bigger picture and wider aims of the company. As usual, integration with other Atlassian products is a key benefit here. Cons It's pretty difficult to use at the start, and takes some getting used to. Very useful when it works as expected. Troubleshooting any issue is also not trivial. Overall very pleased with the product. Pros Out of the box implementation of Agile methodologies like SAFe, Lean, etc. Also built in integration with Jira helps a lot. Lots of rooms, reports and dashboards at each level in the hierarchy to track metrics. Cons Integration only with Jira so you will have to build a custom integration if you are using other ALM tools like Rally. Also it would have been nice if instead of being a separate tool, it was integrated right into Jira itself. Pros It is easy t use and counts with many integrations with the entire Atlassian ecosystem. What I like the most is the ability to create a centralized organization chart linked to my many other projects via a direct lunchpad service. Cons Implementation times could be a little extensive depending on the industry you try to apply this to, I would suggest paying for the extra few dollars to get a representative with more experience to help you set it up.
