Overall: Great lite tool to receive and make VOIP calls on windows pc. Super easy to setup , fairly good level of options to customize

Pros: I like that I am able to see what tasks need to be executed by what team member. I like that is spans through the month. I like the specifics and being able to include attachments.
Cons: When we pull the hub up on our mpos devices it almost is always guaranteed to glitch. The sign off doesn't like to work appropriately and the dates aren't visible on mobile
