It has been easy to use and manage the users, bank accounts and payment process. Pros Very easy to use. It's great to have the client portal so clients can pay at their own convenience. Being able to accept e-checks has been a great addition for our business and our clients. It's easy to find the transactions, email receipts, refund and void transactions. Cons Since 8am merged with LawPay, the personal touch such as Coffee with LawPay has been lost. It was a great way to be reminded of the features available and if there were any updates to the product. I also wish we had more control over the payment page as well. The value seems on par with others. Issuing a refund of a credit card transaction is very easy. Cons At first, I was not a fan of the pay later options. But after speaking with support, we were able to tailor that function to fit within how we operate our practice.
