QR Code Generator Pro is most used by business owners, marketing teams, designers, and event coordinators who need fast, branded QR code creation. Executives and office managers use it to support promotions, customer communications, and operational materials, while creative and digital teams manage campaign assets, print collateral, and event engagement. Answer based on 82 reviews Overview ### What company size and industries is QR Code Generator Pro built for? QR Code Generator Pro is designed for businesses of any size, with strongest adoption among small businesses at 88% and Marketing and Advertising at 13%. It also serves enterprise teams at 7% and midsize companies at 5%, with additional use in Design and Computer Software, primarily for mobile marketing campaigns. Answer based on 82 reviews Features and Usability ### What are the key features of QR Code Generator Pro? QR Code Generator Pro includes core QR code generation with dynamic QR codes, templates, and customization for colors, shapes, frames, and logos. Reviewers also point to analytics and engagement tracking, multiple download formats for print, and support for different QR code types, landing pages, and bulk QR code generation. Answer based on 62 reviews Limitations ### Do QR codes expire after you create them? QR Code Generator Pro ties many generated codes to an active paid plan, so expiration is a major concern. Small businesses, event planners, and designers often find setup easy, but many report that codes stop working after a trial period, which creates risk for printed brochures, invitations, and client materials. Answer based on 20 reviews Getting Started and Support ### What training and onboarding options does QR Code Generator Pro offer? QR Code Generator Pro provides live online training and documentation for teams getting started. Live online sessions can support guided setup and direct instruction, while documentation offers written reference material for self-paced review of features and steps. Getting Started and Support ### What customer support options does QR Code Generator Pro offer, and how do users rate the experience? QR Code Generator Pro offers chat support. User feedback on support is largely negative: several reviewers describe poor communication, limited availability, unhelpful responses, and frustration around billing, renewals, and denied refunds. While the product itself is often described as easy to use, support interactions are frequently seen as unsatisfactory. Answer based on 10 reviews Features and Usability ### How well does it generate QR codes? QR Code Generator Pro makes QR code creation fast and simple, with templates, design options, dynamic codes, and downloadable formats. Marketing teams, restaurants, and small businesses like the customization and tracking, but many users warn that ongoing code access, redirect behavior, and subscription requirements can create problems after printing or sharing. Answer based on 62 reviews Features and Usability ### Is it easy to use for beginners? QR Code Generator Pro feels easy to learn for beginners, with a clean interface, quick setup, and simple QR code creation. Small teams, less technical staff, and occasional users often get started fast, though some people say the platform explains account terms and plan details less clearly than the creation workflow itself. Answer based on 18 reviews Scam ### Is this QR code service a scam? QR Code Generator Pro raises trust concerns for many buyers because billing terms, renewals, and code deactivation can feel unclear. Some teams confirm the QR codes work as expected, but many small businesses, students, and one-time users describe the pricing model, annual commitment, and refund experience as frustrating and hard to justify. Two weeks later they deactivated it so it doesn’t work and want $25 a month to keep it active. Absolute garbage company - they make no indication of a subscription when you initially engage. They don't tell you that they will charge you until after they have you locked in and then they charge you more than you select. Pros They provided me a working QR Code. That's about it. Cons They said nothing about needing a plan, then charged me for a full year membership after I selected just the monthly plan. They would not provide a refund or change the plan length. Would not recommend, seems like a scam and customer service is awful. Be very careful when purchasing your Pros I wish I could say I liked something but I do not. This was the worst experience I've had with a website. If I could give 0 stars I would. Cons Customer service is horrible. I went through to pay for a monthly plan and ended up getting charged for the entire year, even after making sure there was nothing that said yearly plan. Yet somehow I was charge $120. They are refusing to refund the money as it has already charged me for the year. I will make sure to find all review sites to leave a review. I should know this was Bait to Switch for an expensive product. Following deactivation, I believed I was activating my QR Code for a total of $9.99 only to find out I purchased a $120 product. I immediately tried to cancel the purchase but there is not a phone number and the AI Bot was not helpful. Through various emails with "customer service" I learned I paid $120 to create 2 QR Codes. And, there are absolutely no refunds ever given and no exceptions to this policy (insert BIG red flag). Also, the review has required info boxes with limited options, in the dropdown box so some information may not be complete. I am an educator and used the QR code to support teachers (not mobile marketing) Pros NONE! I Cons While this very expensive lesson cost me a lot and took supply money away from my students, I will continuing sharing/educating others in hopes that no other educator takes the BAIT and pays dearly as I did! $120 for 1 User and 2 QR Codes. Creates more problems than solutions. Pros No pros. You make a QR code and then they tell you 2 weeks later you have to pay at least $120 for a year subscription to use this code. Cons False Advertising. Not disclosing full information when creating QR code. Only a chatbot to reach support, then it creates a ticket which who knows how long it will take to get a response. When I attempted to purchase the $120 starter plan, it wouldn't properly take in the info so the QR code that was supposed to be sent/given out in this next week for a business is still inactive. What a dark patern, totally a scam. Will definitely raise that to EU Fraud justice authorities.
