Extremely positive, an amazing system that I would receommend to anyone.

Pros

Ease of use (as a user and as an a administrator) Solid HR Workflow guidance Document versioning and management

Cons

Reporting is comprehensive but uses Excel or CSV only. Could be better designed although all the information is there.
