Pros: The customer support and how easy it is. The ease of use makes it a go to software that doesnt limit the tech skills required.

Cons: The fact that it does not have a form or programmable survey that is able to be used with the records. If you want to capture individual answers/responses you have to use a separate tool like survey monkey or excel.

Overall: Rapid dialing and lead secured

User and I love it I dont want to go back to normal calling again
