The company where I work do not start to use NetSuite. The implementation will be complete by september or october.

Pros

Everything. It seems to be an excellent system, complete, full of facilities, made to turn our lives easier.

Cons

At this moment, nothing. I will not use all NetSuite tools, just some related to billing and receivable accounts.

I like the software, but it needs careful attention during the set-up phase. The internal Oracle implementation team was scattered, constantly changed, and rushed us to go live. We are left to hire a third party to fix the set-ups because the post go-live support is minimal.

Pros

NetSuite is very comprehensive and can be customized to any business. The annual cost is reasonable for the functionality that you get.

Cons

NetSuite is a bit of a challenge in a manufacturing environment. It also attempts to be too comprehensive. There are just too many paths to do a single task. The use of roles complicates this even more. Different roles use different paths to do the same thing. When building reports, there are 5-10 different fields to choose from with the same name and many return no information. We were also charged extra for the addition of a few customizations that we needed. There are thousands of hours of training videos, but they all use the base software and many are out of date for the current user interface.

Teve alguns pequenos erros e problemas que foram meio inconvenientes, os pequenos atrasos, achei que o almoço poderia ter sido um pouco melhor, na hora de servir as bebidas poderia ter tido mais algum garçom.

Allows staff to process payments for accounts to approve and help with their budgeting targets and managing the accounting data. Not many bugs or issues and customer support is there to help if there is anything.

Cons

Sometimes it is a bit slow and the approval process is confusing. Email notifications sometimes do not work either

Inicialmente passamos a nossa parte financeira para o NetSuite por se tratar de um sistema renomado e que não precisaríamos ficar mantendo uma estrutura financeira no nosso ERP interno, porém, com o passar do tempo, fomos descobrindo diversas funcionalidades que nos beneficiaram e que, com a conexão dos LLMs, alavancaram as visões para as lideranças se embasarem nas decisões de negócio

Cons

Algumas funcionalidades que, mesmo com suporte premium, conversas com especialistas Oracle, todos reconhecem que é algo errado ou diferente do praticado do mercado e mesmo assim esses ajustes não entram no backlog de atualizações futuras.

Good, been working almost 10 years, had some ups and downs with support but most problems come from incomplete deployment assessments

Easy for end user learning curve, browser native UI, highly customizable screen forms, standard accounting and finance processes
