Pros Customer support was always very quick and friendly. They are always willing to help and look into things further which I appreciate. Anish, Janneke, and the whole support team are great. Cons The only thing would be the slowness and how it takes a while to "refresh" to the latest version of the slide. For example, when I edit a slide, go to share the link for review, the link doesn't have the latest version. It would be good if this updated automatically. If you’re using the Preview URL feature, there is currently a short delay, typically around 10 minutes, while the updated slide is generated before the latest version appears in the preview link. If you’d like to preview changes immediately, you can use the Preview Full Screen option. This doesn’t require the slide to be regenerated, so your changes will appear straight away. We agree the Preview URL experience would be better if it refreshed more quickly, so we’ll review the slide generation process to see where we can reduce the update time and make the experience more seamless. We were reliant on our leaders to communicate important information, and were also printing lots of posters to get these comms in front of our people. Vibe has helped to take that workload off our busy village leaders, and allowed us to operate even more sustainably. The Vibe team has been extremely helpful, answering all my questions, and supporting our Vibe Champions in the villages by offering advice and troubleshooting when needed. Pros That it’s an effective and easy-to-use tool which will ultimately save you time. As a company with a large workforce made up of our villages, offices and construction sites, it’s great to have a comms channel that can be managed by head office as well as at site level. Cons Honestly - that there aren't enough hours in the day for me to play with Vibe! I don't have a single bad word to say about the platform. It has truly helped to make my work as a communicator so much easier - I can get timely and effective comms to our frontline staff members at, almost, the touch of a button. Since rolling out Vibe screens within our villages in 2023, Vibe has become a key multi-media channel for sharing important news, updates and celebrations with the wider business. Pros Having tested most solutions in this space Vibe stood out. It takes the tedious and time-consuming aspects of content creation and messaging away. It also integrates into the collaborative and social tools we use every day and surfaces the same messaging, on brand to more devices/staff. I'd be keen to see what other uses there would be for more corporate/internal comms. Looking forward to showcasing this more to an array of customers across NZ. Pros Vibe.fyi was the perfect platform to use at the recent Web in Travel (WiT) event. We were able to compile hundreds of images and content into a smooth, eye-catching and engaging slideshow. We were also able to pre-queue certain slides well in advance to pop up at just the right moment. I was able to enjoy the event knowing that the slides were going to show up on time, every time. The built in templates made life super easy. Whenever I got stuck there was plenty of online tutorials and live chat support. There was a team of us building out the slides and we were able to collaborate easily. Cons A little tricky to navigate initially and the spreadsheets used in the backend had to be perfect or did not work, but once I got the hang of it the platform was super easy to use. Pros Its always on. The systems I have used in the past were mostly off after powercuts, firmware updates, network glitches etc, my screens are communicating my messages all day every day. Cons I honestly cannot think of anything Vibe could do better, they are briliant to deal with and always adding new features. Switched from [brightwheel](https://www.capterra.com/p/144060/brightwheel/) I said Brightwheel because Brightsign was not in the list, we also used USB keys, Ncomputing thin clients, Media Player and a mile of others over 20 years. Pros Not having to think about what to put on or how to display the slide. The infotainment package is interactive and helps keep the audience engaged. Cons The Excel sheets are sometimes a bit confusing to understand and have to play around with numerous different options before sometimes finding the one that works for us. But once this has been set up maintaining will be the easy part.
