Pros

  • Dependable service- awesome customer service and low rates- I can’t say enough good about this company.

  • Overall, 360 Payments is a good choice for businesses looking for a competitive pricing and a range of payment options, as well as strong customer support and advanced reporting tools.

  • Easy to work with, easy to set up , great support when needed and good rates.

Cons

  • Limited customization options. Lack of integration with other software.

  • I am really sorry but I can't think of anything that I don't like. I have to put something in here but can't think of anything bad at all to say.

  • None that I can think of so far. Working with credit card companies is a pain but 360 changed that for Omnique.

"Great group of people! Most honest in the industry!"

Overall: We received a solid solution for integrated credit card processing into our SAAS automotive shop management system, Omnique.

Pros: Very easy connection using eConduit. We would have used 360 Payments first if we would have known them earlier.

Cons: None that I can think of so far! Working with credit card companies is a pain but 360 changed that for Omnique!

"Can’t recommend this company highly enough!"

Overall: As a small business I was leery of getting into a contract and not quite confident in choosing a card processor who would not hold payments like I’d heard happen with larger more well known companies- 360 Payments is incredible- from my first inquiring phone call where information was presented clearly to my recent call to reset the time on the machine the customer service has been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Dependable service- awesome customer service and low rates- I can’t say enough good about this company!

Pros: No contract Clear pricing (low fees!) No cost for card machine Excellent customer service- when you call you talk to an actual person! Next day deposit of funds

Cons: I can’t think of any cons- excellent service!

Alternatives Considered: PayPal and Square Payments

"Easy to use"

Overall: Easy to use for both the business and on the customer side.

Pros: Easy to text customers for payment request and simple to read back payment details.

"The most honest group."

Pros: The integration is one of the easiest to complete. Really good support and excellent staff to work with.

Cons: The only issue is when internet goes down, but there is a dial up backup available.

"We love 360 Payments"

Overall: 360 has given our company great support and answered all questions when we call. There's no waiting for a call back!

Pros: Love that it integrates with our software and we don't have to input everything into a terminal.

Cons: Of course with all payment processing companies the fees are higher if you have to hand key in a card.

"360 Payments"

Overall: Saving money on transaction fees and have some great features that we can utilize such as text to pay, online portal, etc

Pros: Great folks to work with. Customer support is spot on

Cons: HAve nothing but positive results with 360

"Easy to work with, easy to set up , great support when needed and good rates"

Overall: Competitive pricing and ease of use means that it saves us time and money

Pros: Assistance when needed and the good rates, Everything about their system is easy. I like that we are speaking to the same people when we do need help rather than being passed around some faceless call center.

Cons: I am really sorry but I can't think of anything that I don't like. I have to put something in here but can't think of anything bad at all to say.

"Great People, Great Company"

Pros: Simple and fast integration. Very Easy to use. 360 Truly cares about their merchants, something that is hard to find in the Processing industry.

Cons: none that I can think of. Every experience I have had with them has been very good. No complaints here.

"360 payments"

Pros: Good customer service and fees are not that high.

Cons: Sometimes the terminals need a little fine-tuning, but the customer service is helpful with that.
