Pros

Ready to go & easy to use software that really hits the nail on the head with practicality and transparency.

Cons

It didnt have a lot more extra bonus features to play with or enhance the productivity or growth.

overall I would say that it is a great product and I would give a note of nine from maximum ten points. I can add that the fee transactions are very good.

Pros

It is very easy to use and we like it very much. It is a great product that we really love. It integrates very easily with shop management systems and digital workflows. Regarding the customer support, I can say only good things and we really love the communication with them.

Cons

sometimes the situation is that it has some occasional problems and issues and sometimes you can see duplicated payements. Also when you integrate this with the software you already have, there are some limitations. The customizations could also be better, but I am sure it will evolve with time. Regarding the website integration it can also be improved.

Pros

People are nice on the phone but are inexperienced and not completely 100% transparent and honest, especially when canceling.

Cons

When working with this company they had a lot of issues with their equipment and batching. The batching didn’t work on several different occasions with several different equipment options they kept sending me used and broken equipment that they got from some other person that it wasn’t working properly and kept trusting it for my financial security it was the most stressful experience of my entire life, but I continue to be patient and work with these people but when I finally decided to call it quits after a year and a half of nightmares and headaches what do they do when I called to cancel they won’t let me cancel. They never tell me that I owe them a form so they just continue to charge me the $40 a month and then even after I fill out the form they continue to charge me for the $40 a month. I’ve had to call these people over four times to cancel the account. They will refuse to refund any of the money I would say stay away from these people with all you can do not risk your money with them. They do not care about you. They are terrible company. They are dishonest, and they do not deserve your business.

Pros

360 Payments makes card processing easy to understand and use. The support team is quick to respond and helps solve issues fast.

Cons

The online portal could be clearer, and some fees are not always easy to read at first. It 's easy to improve these flaws.

Pros

Text to pay feature is amazing and very convenient. People don't have time these days to set up payments through banking.

Cons

Lack of integration with other software. This would make things easier to implement customers and old payments.

Overall, it was a great app that had transparent and fair pricing with no hidden fees, and it is an overall good value I believe, especially for smaller businesses.

Pros

The feature I liked most about it and that I used the most was credit and debit card processing. I also like text to pay invoice.

Cons

The biggest downside was that occasionally duplicate or erroneous charges would pop up, meaning payments were accidentally duplicated.

I really appreciated the Value for Money, the Customer Support I received was also very good. The system's Ease of Use with Payment Processing was very good. The Fee Transaction was also affordable and the ability for Website Creation was also a real benefit.

Cons

The company did very well and the customer support was very good I didn't have any cons to think of.

Very clear and easy to understand pricing. No hidden charges. The payment processing fees are very easily affordable even for non-profits. I'd recommend this product highly.

Pros

It's an ideal solution for SMB retail clients who process small payments. Very economical pricing. It offers payment processing on a variety of devices.

Cons

Occasionally payments got duplicated. But they were remedied.

Of course with all payment processing companies the fees are higher if you have to hand key in a card.

Pros

Assistance when needed and the good rates, Everything about their system is easy. I like that we are speaking to the same people when we do need help rather than being passed around some faceless call center.

Cons

I am really sorry but I can't think of anything that I don't like. I have to put something in here but can't think of anything bad at all to say.

We have been happy with the program. It is easy to use and the text to pay feature has been a lifesaver for our business.

Pros

We use this program to process payments from customers, process refunds, etc. We love the text to pay feature. It has helped immensely with getting payments from customers who are not on site.

Cons

There have been a few times where we had a glitch and payments were duplicated. It was easy to resolve however and refund.

Pros

I appreciate that they were very easy to set up and customer service is ready and waiting for you to call. They are easy to understand and very quick response time.

Cons

We didn't like not having same day deposits.

Pros

We enjoy using 360 payments in the pharmacy since it is so convenient to have different options for patients to pay for their medications.

Cons

There was nothing bad about this software. It was convenient to use and if there was any trouble shooting issue, the customer support center was great and resolved any issues quickly and seamlessly.
