The app was easy to use, When we went live, it would capture comments for us and invoicing was easy. Pros I used this when I worked for a short time as a hybrid employee for a large online boutique retailer. It is a fully automated system and eliminated a lot of labor costs for this company. Customer service was always great to me as an employee, but also to our customers. Cons The only thing at the time was there was no POS system for us to use! Pros I really Like Commentsold, It has took a tremendous load off. Before commentsold we were doing everything by hand old school style. Cons I really its was more one on one coaching system to now all the different function and how to use all the tools that commentsold offers. Sometimes its over whelming when you look at all the function and trying to see if you are missing out on something.
