"Great value, great support"
Overall: We have been using WeBee at our hotel for a while now and without a doubt, it is one of the most valuable tools our hotel has. Not only having a native app for the hotel is prestigious but also direct engagement with our guests increased satisfaction, therefore, lead to more return-guests. WeBee was most helpful with their support and initial setup process. We would recommend WeBee to any hotel that would like to increase the value of their establishments.

Pros: Webee is a very effecient product that has all the features we could possible need. It is a very user friendly product whether from customer aspect or staff. The deployment of the product was very simple and straight-forward. No complicated tech. The sales team and the support team are absolutely fantastic. Very responsive, very flexible, and always there for us.

Overall: There are 12 hotels in our company.We decided to use a mobile application so that our guests can always feel as close to us .
