They are checking more and more greedy by the day. Pros Nothing has what most other epos company has just becoming a greedy company now Cons They are no longer willing to work with other payment providers instead forcing their customers to use their payment network charging extortionate rates 3.9% day light robbery. They are trying to follow the Apple formula of tying you to them.Customer loyalty function advertised for years but it's actually not there and doesn't work. Having a system that will reliably switch on is of the upmost importance before any features are added. I was told by support that this issue had been fixed multiple times before deciding to switch to a different system. The support staff have rejected my issues on more than one occasion stating that I have provided incorrect information, when it has in fact been correct.
