Pros: Very Smart, Minimal UI , Optimized for every kind of devices, Analytics Enabled.

The best part was the customer support which they provide, its 24/7

Cons: As the product is still in Beta, Some small glitch may appear. But however we didn't found any bug except some obvious Machine Learning bugs.

Overall: We got our website engagment increased by 3x in 2 month, which was a great thing for product which is in beta
