Teleportivity has allowed us to quickly and seamlessly deploy our experts into locations across the country without needing to physically fly them there. A simple tap of a button and the end user is connected with one of our operators who can have a high quality face to face interaction. Video support for anything becomes so easy with the ability for end users to simply scan a QR code on their own phone to be instantly connected with an operator - you can even use your back camera to show the operator what you are seeing, it really is amazing. Pros Really easy to set up and use. Very intuitive platform - able to use with no training (although the Team at Teleportivity are extremely helpful when you have questions or require help). The features of the Solution are very powerful and everything works so seamlessly, super impressive. Has been great for us connecting our Regional teams & customers with our experts who are distributed in various parts of the Country. The QR codes (QRideo) feature is amazing - we have started using it on key assets to provide remote Video Support. Cons Have not found any negatives.
