Time savings, better reports, insightful data.

Pros

This is a really good tool if you need to handle online reviews for multiple outlets or want to collect customer feedback easily. I very much enjoy using Localyser and it saves me a lot of time every day. Our clients like the reports they receive and the ability to capture data when guests leave reviews in the outlets.

Cons

There are no cons, really. It would be nice if the customer data collected via the feedback process could be sorted by review scores, e.g. only show customers who left 4 or 5 star reviews, but apparently that's in the works.

Very good choice for medium or large businesses with multiple locations who need to manage their reputation / feedback across many platforms, want to centralize review responses, monitor sentiment + track customer feedback, and reduce manual work.

Pros

Aggregates online reviews from platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, Facebook, and others into one dashboard.

Cons

While the interface is generally user-friendly, some users may need training to fully utilize reporting and sentiment features.

Pros

The ease of use of the software as well as the value for money. Great platform to manage all of the brand's social media reviews and other metrics. Not only from one branch but plenty of them.

Cons

It's not completely time accurate, might take one or two days to update properly on emails or specific stuff about posting from the business side.

Strong onboarding and support wherein users onboarding process is smooth, and Localyser’s team is responsive—helping to set up, dealing with issues, and accommodating requests.

Pros

All-in‑one dashboard for reviews: We can see reviews from many sources (Google, Tripadvisor, etc.) in a single place. This saves a lot of time instead of logging into each site separately.

Cons

Some platforms don't allow direct replies from Localyser. Slow appearance of comments/reviews from certain platforms take a long time (hours or even a day) to appear in the dashboard.

Overall is good and very convenient to use. Recommended for huge business. Particularly in the MENA region, Localyser tracks local review sources (e.g. delivery apps), and supports multiple languages with some auto‑translation. That’s helpful if your customers use regional platforms or speak different languages.

Pros

Time saving and efficient and has strong customer support and easy to use. It saves a lot of time each day, by aggregating, filtering and helping respond to reviews

Cons

Not all review platforms support response via Localyser and there are few coverage gaps. Public pricing info is limited, so it's harder to compare with alternatives without talking to sales.

Pros

Ease of getting the reviews in Excel format and checking store rating. You can select each store location separately and sort out.

Cons

have to select each star rating one by one. There should be a toogle to select all stars at time for ease of work

Pros

We started using this software approximately 4 years ago and implemented it throughout our operations in the UAE and Egypt. It helps us view, check and report the customer reviews in convenient and timely fashion. As Head of the QA department, I use this tool to ensure all marketing and operations teams catch and followup on the poorly rated reviews on spot and ensure all such customers are won back as our regular customers. This tool helps us to save our brands image online and to ensure we don't lose precious customers

This is the best platform to interact with customer thorough feedbacks. There is no need of sign in of many platforms as this collects all the feedback from all platforms.

We've had a very seamless on-boarding with Localyser. They've been patient with our set-up, and attentive and quick to rectify questions or small issues.

Pros

We have used other review aggregators in the past, but we like past is the ability to group our third party food deliver platform app reviews along with traditional review platforms.

Cons

I don't think it's an issue that's unique to Localyser, but the time consuming process of writing your review response library. Although, I think their AI capabilities (which we're not paying for) might mitigate this.

Localyser is a very cost effective solution to managing reviews from a single console. The tablet based review collection module also helps in collecting reviews as efficiently as possible.

Pros

Consolidates all our reviews (positive & negative) in one location and does away with the need to log into multiple systems.

Cons

The system is quite efficient so i personally feel that it has all the features we need in a reputation management solution.

would be good if they can include Instagram to have a well rounded coverage , as reviews on Instagram is in such important status

The unique advantage of Localyser is their their local presence and local support, which is not seen in many of the other competitors. They understand the market, they have direct relationships to make their service relevant to the Middle East.

Time efficiency. I used to spend long time weekly to curate the reports form different platforms. With Localyser with a click of a button I get all reviews for my 33 stores!

\- Great tool to monitor & track online reputation for restaurants - Customer service: The company is very responsive, helpful and very proactive - Reports: Easy to pull and conclusive - Filters: They introduced a new keyword filter that is really great and easy to use
