Pros: It was easy to learn and use. The fact that it was easy to add features to the system was a great benefit for our agency. i.e we were able to get a customized feature that made it easier to pin the DSNAP EBT cards.

Cons: There are some features that I felt could have been a little more user friendly or provide more. For instance the search function; could have been simplified to offer better results. That includes the ability easily identify when a client was included on another application.

Overall: mCase was implemented in the Virgin Islands as a solution to operate DSNAP in the aftermath of two Cat 5 hurricanes.
