Project Manager Used the software for: 2+ years ### "It simply makes life easier " July 20, 2018 5.0 Automation Pros It used to take our HR department more than a week to prepare payroll , now it only takes a few hours to produce a correct and accurate payroll including leaves and permissions. Many other essential features that helped the company automate many processes. The employee self service is easy to use, it almost does require any training. Cons Needs speed improvements but it's not very noticeable. Applying for more than one leave causes an issue sometimes.. Pros Quite a comprehensive system that automates all of the HR activities and truly make it paper less much more efficient. Cons To be able to use it fully, substantial amount of data is required from the business to configure the software, which normally SMEs don't have ready.
