Cons The excel add-in can be a bit buggy, the software has some confusing duplicative interfaces that I haven't figures out and sometimes the software is slow to fully sync new data across users. I also love the excel add in as this allows you to manipulate data in excel and summarise it how you need. Pros The implementation process has been great, excellent support from our integration rep. While they natively support our accounting software, they had to create a custom connection for our booking software which was crucial for us but they were able to get it done. We've yet to implement their AI integration into our environment but that should definitely take us to the next level, given what we've seen in their presentations around AI. Cons The visualizations within the dashboarding tool could benefit from more customizations. Loading speed is also an issue when working with relatively large data. Pros Its simplicity and user friendliness, I can create visuals, map new details, create things on Excel. Its excel integration is very helpful. Cons Lack of training for more theoretical and complex actions in the backend of data rails, I want to be able to do what my integration specialist was doing but the information is limited to be able to do that.
