Pros

Ease of payment collection from members, easy to view dashboard with monthly analytics

Cons

Some features are difficult to find and cumbersome to get to - takes multiple clicks, not filed under something that seems logical. Especially editing members data.

My experience with MyStudio has been outstanding!

Pros

I use the events feature a lot. Very easy to set up and organizes participants for me. I also use the software to put my curriculum in a place with easy access for my students.

Cons

There nothing specific I found I don’t like. I think it can be a little overwhelming with all the features and getting use to using them.

Really appreciate how much data is stored in one place and the ability to use/interact with it.

Cons

Editing customer details (rank in martial arts, multiple users, etc.), is clunky and can be very difficult.

It manages students billing well. The customization piece is limiting.

I don’t like the way it’s setup and hard to find things if you don’t use it often enough or until you really know the system

Tracks what I need. Allows a customer app section for products

Cons

POS is cumbersome Can’t change dates on recurring billing. Can’t enter future billing without charging...so I have to wait and enter it on that specific future day.

MyStudio is a great app to manage your studio's memberships. They are constantly improving and adding features. Their customer service is amazing.

Sometimes it is glitchy but they work right away on the issues.

Good for the price. Developers need to spend more time making the current features smoother to operate before adding new features.

Pros

The platform has been getting much better over time. The ability to merge accounts is a great new feature.

Cons

Slow loading. Counter intuitive operation. Lack of options for modifying programs and payments. Transferring members between programs requires a payment to be made even if transferring to a program of the same value.

It’s someone to use if you make the time to learn the ins and outs.

Cons

If you don’t take your time to figure stuff out you will be struggling to find out certain things , And the trouble shooting sometimes helps and at times you can’t find the help on the troubleshooting area.

I changed the way I receive orders and helps me stay organized. I previously would write orders down in a spiral and hope I don't forget to make the order.

Pros

It streamline my billing and sales orders.

Cons

Limits on text messages makes it not as available as I would like it to be.

The software is relatively easy to use. It has a great price. It's easy for my students and parents to utilize and it helps keep me in touch with all of them. Had it not been for my studio during the current pandemic I would have had to close my doors.

Sometimes finding certain features is a little cumbersome on the business side.

Easy to enroll new students and the team is very responsive to requests for new features and constantly improving the software.

Cons

Transfer of existing students could be more intuitive

When using MyStudio you can clearly see the work put into considering user wants and needs. Coupled with great support, and a commit to continuous improvement, MyStudio is a cornerstone of our operations.

Cons

There's always room for improvement - but at that even using MyStudio for a relatively short time we've seen the developers take users enhancement requests and turn them into excellent updates and/or new features.

Pros

parents like it and registrations are gold with this app. On everything from merchandise to testing events and even membership enrollment with trail links for costumer use.

Cons

There are a lot of things to work out and sometimes it's a run around to get answers and its a challenge that aspect of your business. Its most challenges honestly.
