It is a great software to use! So glad we found it.

Pros

The software is user friendly and easy to set up.

Cons

There isn't a way to give partial refunds and can not give a refund after a period of time. Wish the time frame was a few months longer.

There are very few cons; but even with that, their development team constantly improves on them.

Pros

Great for billing. Has an admistrative app. Love the shop feature. Finally have students using it.

Cons

Hold needs an option rather than on just the billing dates. Needs a way to send messages from the app for specific groups and not the all customers.

Great experience!

Pros

MyStudio is a great tool for companies whether you are a small or large company. I like the way the team is always enhancing it to be better.

Cons

It can be a little slow at times. Also the communication section can be better: an alert email when someone messages the business on mystudio + being able to accept emoji (they come off as question marks).

Pros

Simplicity and not price gouging. Fairly easy to work.

Cons

It could use some more features to make it better. Checkin system would be nice to see the students attendance days they came in right in front of your eyes on the main page.

Very helpful in setting us up! My Studio offers so many programs that will enhance our customers experience! organized and consolidated our business into one program! Great value!

Nothing hated about it yet! Of course learning a new system can be intimidating and a little stressful but well worth it!

Love MyStudio, It has made my life so much easier. Students can sign up at their convenience on their phones and you can sign up multiple people. Tracks attendance, can send out bulk emails, etc. Highly recommend them.

The convenience of students to be able to sign up on their phone, not just on the iPad.

Does need to be updated a lot and I usually have to reach out for help.

No training from the very beginning. I had to basically teach myself. It is way over priced for what i use it for.

I do not care for this system at all. I really cant give you any pros in my opinion.

Difficult to use. Nothing flows. Our other billing company's software was so much easier to use.

Takes payments, passes on fees, we enjoy the app and easy to manage website after it was set up.

Ease of use.

Pros

I love that the simple member experience that builds instant trust. The app empowers them to take action. They are in control of their account and can book events and memberships anytime and anywhere through their cell phone.

Cons

The updates cannot come out fast enough! They are constantly improving the app with some really innovative updates. I just wish they would roll them out sooner. But as they say, good things come to those who wait right?

My favorite thing about MyStudio is their customer service! They are so helpful. I also like how they are consistently upgrading and adding better features for us.

Cons

I think the interface needs to improve. It's hard to understand and simple things take forever to do because there are so many steps you need to take. Especially editing memberships.
